I’ve always been very well attended to by the girls. However, I’ve had my appointments cancelled and rescheduled at the last minute several times, which has caused significant inconvenience to my schedule and organization.
I have sent an email through the “Contact Us” section and am awaiting a response regarding compensation for these three reschedulings.
I do not recomend, the laser did work, but the service is one of the worst. Most of staff, are very condescending, never give support, and rude (I'll not say all of the girls because I was attended by very kind ones). I tried to talk with the online support because I wasn't able to acess my website portal to see how many sessions I had left or make/reschedule an appointment and no one ever answered me and today I had a problem with that. They booked me for a next appointment and didn't tell me I had the last one the time before and I had to pay something that I wans't expecting. They don't know how to take of customer, the attendant did't even listen to me.
