I was made to feel welcome as soon as I set foot in the door by the friendly reception staff. Dr Malcolm W. couldn't have been more helpful. He examined me carefully and explained what I needed to do next and why I should go back to my GP for treatment, rather than the Clinic. He also gave me excellent advice about my hypertensive medication. Aside from that, we had a really enjoyable and lively conversation. Who could ask for anything more!

From my experience, I really cannot rate them high enough.
The treatment staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile with their clients.

Things they don't do:
Try to sell you products you don't need.
Try to encourage procedures that aren't necessary.

Things they do:
Listen to you about areas you are concerned with.
Find a solution that will achieve the best results possible.

I always feel like they genuinely care.

I have been going to the doctors laser surgery for years, they have always been so friendly and professional, I have seen Sarah for years, I trust her with any advice she gives to me, with her years of knowledge and training she has always been truthful and honest, I send all of my clients to her. As a hairdresser being in the mirror all day it is important to feel confident in your appearance and she has given me, exactly that! Thank you Sarah

I want to give more than a Five Star!! For a Review if not I would. The Staff are wonderful, And I was seen by the lovely Sarah, whom I have my face treatments with and have done for the last year or so. Including fillers and Botox, I Highly recommend Sarah, and would never go elsewhere for my treatment ( and I am fussy) Sarah is very caring, Honest, extremely Good at her job, Thanks again.

I visited the clinic last month and wanted to leave it a while for things to settle down. Firstly, the people there are really nice and the clinic is very well run. I went in for to have a mole looked at and removed. The appointment for the consultation was very quick and I opted for the treatment. The removal went well and I can hardly tell it was there. Overall I would recommend The Doctors Laser Clinic.

I have been in hairdressers that are more intimidating than The doctors Laser Clinic. The staff are super friendly and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and at ease.

I had Plexr for under-eye wrinkles. It didn't help at all and actually left a slightly pitted texture to my skin - luckily not noticeable unless up close. My under eye area swelled after the treatment, which is to be expected and was not excessive, but I think this stretched the skin and is why the wrinkles have actually worsened. My advice to anyone looking at options would be to stay away from Plexr, and see a consultant plastic surgeon or dermatologist for laser treatment instead.
