I am extremely disappointed, I was looking everywhere on their site to see if i can share my review but they intentionally left it out. I bought a Boss shirt at $28 only to be charged £37 and upto the last minute it was showing $28. Secondly after a month when I saw the product it was not a Boss shirt as advertised. It was ₩OSS and the quality is unbelievably terrible. This can never be from America. They are scammer pls be aware of then. Will never recommend anyone to use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They pretend to be US-based but cite a fictious UK address on their website. They are all China and the worst example of it. My goods were of terrible quality and not as described. True to form, they make it impossible to return the goods which is contrary to trading practices in the US / UK where they pretned to trade from. Because they have no returns policy you have to hold on to their sh1t and, after multiple emails, they might offer you $20 back (my order cost $55). They are thieves. Conmen. Operating outside of the law. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered a coat size large and black shows
Firstly charged twice for shipping plus over charged on both items when they did the dollar to pound conversion
Coat arrived and it would not even fit a child of 10 and did not match in any way the size chart displayed on their website
The shoes delivered are brown not black
The quality of both items in awful and cheap
Tried to return both items only to be offered a 6 dollar compensation
Would hot accept that the coat is not a large size even though I have sent them pictures of the product measurements
They are now apologising and are sorry I am unhappy but they can do no more

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Spent over $132.00 AUD for 5 shirts, only received 4 shirts in which took 4 weeks to arrive. All shirts were of extremely poor quality, material not as advertised, even mismacthed sizing. Shirts appeared as if were from a thifty reject $2 dollar store and wouldn't even fit my teenager, 4XL shirts look like a medium. Several complaints lodged with this company who didn't care about these issues, they offered small USD refund. Company was informed about Australian Consumer Laws that includes rules on the consumer guarantees. Response received was our supervisor reluctantly agrees to the request (so they admit fault) yet have now not responded to numerous emails correspondance and over a month later have not paid my refund. A formal complaint has been lodged about this organsation to Office Of Fair Trading and I would forewarn any potential customer to steer clear of purchasing from them. I certainly wish I had of read some of the other bad reviews before purchasing and being stuffed around by this organisation.

Still waiting and no update, 3 weeks beyond, unreliable and poor customer engagement, do not order it is affordable but in my opinion not serious. no customer service in responding other then parcels are delayed beyond our control...

This website is a total scam. They display a real nice fashionable cloths. When I received my stuff.. it went directly to the trash. 2 jackets worth zero. Unexpressed cheap quality and had nothing to do with the displayed photos at their web. Further more the tracking data said the shipment went of USA stores but when it arrived it was originated from china. Scam scam scam

Shipping took forever almost didn’t get it in time, I was upset that it said it was coming after the original order date, but it eventually did make it 3 days before Halloween. I ordered it the begging of October. The hat is really nice, good quality and so fun! It says on sooo good !!! Nice velvet material
