LSD lasertag
I bought 12 lasergame sets from LSD electronics about 2 years ago.
When I received it, there were several of the things that were damaged.
I asked for spare parts and after about a year I finally received the spare parts.
Now I have a problem again and ask Lasertaglasd.com for advice.
I get an email without a real answer and ask again!
Now nobody will answer, I have gradually sent 8 mails in the last 10 days, but no reply !!
It's embarrassing that in the last 2 years I have only had 10 games because I do not want to advertise with half a product and it is a pity that every time you play a game you are nervous that Somethink will break, for think now if you need some support and can not get it.
It's also a shame that you have spent 2 years on something that could have been good, but because of the service, you have to find another product.
For all of you considering incorporating laser tag equipment: Unless you are trained in the technology industry, do not buy LSD laser tag equipment, because if you ask questions about something you do not understand, you are obviously not worthy of having LSD equipment.
