Laser Works Hub is a scam

I saw a Laser Works Hub ad on FaceBook.
I paid $39.99 to Liberty Experience for a bundle of digital files using PayPal.
I got a confirmation e-mail and another e-mail directing me to Shopify, where I saw #Order #10641. When I clicked on that, it took me back to the laserworkshub.com sales page.
I sent an e-mail to info-at-laserworkshub.com and got a reply awhile later from lisa-at-laserworkshub.com. The heading was "Your Laser Works Hub bundle is on its way". I was supposed to get immediate access. It's been 5 days since I ordered my files, with no further communication. I can only conclude that this was a scam.
