I placed an order on February 11th with…

I placed an order on February 11th with the expectation that it would arrive in time for Valentine's Day, but it's now February 14th and my gift hasn't been delivered yet. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since the delivery was supposed to be timely for such an important occasion. I won't be ordering from here again if this is how orders are handled

Never recommend to anyone

I received an email saying my order was delivered, but I haven't received anything. I’ve tried to contact customer support, but there’s no way to reach them. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

About an order from #LASSANA_FLORA‼️

I have ordered a gift from Lassana Flora on 9th February 2025 to be delivered on 14th Feb 2025 between 8AM-5PM.
But it was actually delivered around 11PM and that’s also after lots and lots of efforts. Even we had to go to pick it from them…They are not gonna come to your doorstep.
Tried to contact them in every way
It’s not only me who have faced this problem but many and if you search their page you will see the comments.
I have decided to post this because if you ever plan to get a service from them…PLEASE DON’T‼️‼️‼️
They ruin your special moments. Never recommend their service to anyone! Can never trust them‼️‼️‼️

Extremely disappointed with the delivery Service

Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a flower bouquet and cake on Valentine's Day, with a scheduled delivery between 12 PM and 6 PM. However, it was delivered at 11 PM without any prior information or update about the delay.Very poor customer service and communication. Not acceptable for such an important occasion!

We live in Australia and we used these guys first time last year to send Avurudu gifts to my parents and my wife's parents, they failed to deliver. When I asked they offered me a 3,000LKR gift voucher. We tried it for the second time sending a gift to my father-in-law's birthday, and wasn't delivered. Neverever use this platform to send anything as they take the payment first in USD and fail to deliver their product and service both. It is a royal scam. Best option is to find a specific merchant or ask a family member to help getting a gift. Stay away from this scam

Not delivered - not happy to refund

Did not deliver saying the lorry they came in was too big to come along a 15 foot road with a garden at the end where they could have anything short of a container!! Currently making it very difficult to even obtain a refund.
Very unhelpful customer service personnel who cannot tell anything definite and transfers the phone call to places that do not pick up the phone.

Had a very bad delivery experience…

Had a very bad delivery experience recently . Ordered a bouquet of flowers and a cake for mom and the estimated delivery time i had put was 6am-12p.m . They said that order was ready to dispatch at 7am. But didn't receive the order in the time limit they sent. Was very annoyed and had to cancel so many plans and stay at the house until it arrived. THERE WAS NO HOTLINE TO CALL OR A PROCESS TO TRACK MY ORDER.Very bad experience with the delivery. Never gonna order again.
We have other plans to attend as well. If the order was ready by 7am. I don't know what they did for so many hours. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

This is the third time my order hasn’t…

This is the third time my order hasn’t been delivered on due date.
Even though it’s says same day delivery in Colombo it’s not been delivered.

We spent big amount to make our loved once special days memorable when we are far but Lassana.com do not keep up their promises.
The quality of the product are good but
It’s a worst online delivery service can be used from Sri Lanka.
Even though their customer care services are not very good,
I’ve been awaiting for their reply for last two days and still I didn’t get any response from their side.

I am not going to recommend this to anyone

Please use others online gift delivery service not Lassana

Poor service from Athurugiruya branch

Poor service from Athurugiruya branch. Customers can't track the order its not updated. No point of having the special note corner for customers because they don't care about the special request. Order made on two days before but even after 2 days delivery not made as requested and only option hotline people can give is issuing the voucher. Very disappointed.
