No return or exchange policy fir broken fixtures

I have same experience as people in these reviews, ordered 3 lights 2 worked fine 1 didn't, I sent videos by licensed electrician and they refuse to offer replacement or any other help. They take forever to ship from Shanghai, not worth the amount of money that I spent. Hope people read it and dont fall in their trap.

Horrible company!!

I had the same problems like others wrote before me. I ordered 3 outdoor lights, 2 were ok, 1 was not working. No help from the company. I had to send a video from the inside, reconnect etc. I had this installed by an electrician!! The lights are shipped in shanghai, so better order directly at temu, much cheeper.
I still don't get any help from the company or a new light in exchange. I will never order here again!

DO NOT BUY!

There are not enough words to describe how horrible this company is. I bought a $700 light for our commercial site. It was new construction and the light was installed by a licensed electrician. The light had 5 different components, 4 of the 6 didn't work. Electrician took it down, I contacted the company. Company said we need a video to prove it doesn't work. I was pissed, so I had the electrician come back, reconfigure it again and take a video proving it's defective. Sent the video, then they proceed to tell me I have to try and fix it, they still won't refund us. The consumer is not responsible to fix defective products. They start talking about how my building electrical must be the problem, you have to be kidding me. By the way everytime.my electrican comes, we are paying. Literally, I'm attaching their emails and my video. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they will not respond as a company in an appropriate manner. Matter of fact, I don't do reviews but I am going to review this company everywhere humanly possible. I hope I save lots of potential consumers from being robbed. I am so furious.

Hope you like what you get

They are shipping from China and if for any reason you have an issue then they REALLY dont wany the product back try to offer you a discount OR restocking and Shipping Fees are on you!!!!

Problem with lights -- NO HELP FROM LAS SOLA

Problem with lights, no help from company. Return requested since no response and of course no response. Only option now is chargeback. Save the time and hassle and buy from somewhere in the USA.

The entire LED is flashing not an indicator light. I have replied several times to the one and only email response from customer service. I've also started new inquiries both email and live chat. They are all ignored by the company.

Plastic material and unable to return

My daughters and I were so excited for this light fixture, but when it came in and we unboxed, it was made of a cheaper, plastic material and the painting looked poorly done. I e-mailed Las Sola about returning the item and never received a response so for lack of customer service and the fact that I'm out $200, this only gets one star. It's a cute piece and if you want something temporary it would work, but I found another fixture, not made of plastic, for a better price.

All (4) fixtures were smashed to…

All (4) fixtures were smashed to pieces. The company took over a month to get back to me and wanted to send me new glass globes. Why should I have to dig through glass to figure out if the fixtures are salvageable? My electrician has now come and gone and now nothing is installed. I have asked for a refund and they have ghosted me, very unprofessional.
