Used this company November 24 going from Orlando to Philadelphia and back and to my surprise it was just $80.50 tax included. I called frontier airlines to make sure and they had my reservation so I was totally happy and will use them again

customer service stinks..I was sent to 5 different people to cancell a reservation and put on hold for 1hr to talk to some one. The person that I talked to could hardley speak english and I do hope this worked, will find out when I get my statement. NEVER AGAIN

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. JUST DONT USE IT. THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR THE TICKET INITIALLY WILL ALWAYS INCREASE. THEY WILL CALL YOU TO TELL YOU THE AIRLINE HAVE CHANGED TICKET. SO THAT MEANS YOU EAITHER CANCELL YOUR FLIGHT AND BUY AN EXPENSIVE ONE OR JUST PAY EXTRA.....HEY LONG STORY SHORT DONT USE THEM.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. After you buy a ticket, there is no way to log in and see your reservation. Getting customer service on the line requires a super long hold time.

These people are fraud. They have bunch of corporation to charge your credit card. They will rush you to sign the agreement to charge your card. Do read before your sign. And read tickets carefully because layovers can be longer and thats the reason ticket is cheaper.

Buyer be ware. I purchased a round-trip ticket to thailand. To make a long story short, in order to sell me a ticket, I was deceived on my trip back home. They sold me a trip on a flight that only comes to the US M-F only. I was to be home on Sunday around 5pm. I got the call from the airline saying that they do not fly to the US on Sunday. Being that I needed to be home on Sunday they sold me another ticket because they knew I was desperate and in a bind. That ticket was no good either because once you start on an international flight line you have to stay with them or their partners and your luggage can not fly without you nor can you fly and leave your luggage behind. Therefore, the agency abandoned and told me to call the airline myself or take the original flight and take a chance on being fired for no call no show on my job. They did refund me the second ticket because less than 24 hours. I had to go through the airline direct and purchase a one way ticket for $1600.00 back to the states. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought tickets to Ireland in July using this company. On October 12th they called to say my flight was canceled and move to the next day. They explained that the flights the next day were $100 more. I have 4 tickets Bought and $2800 investment so planned to go. Taking this company at there word I book for next day and got confirmation on my tickets. October 27th I get a text follow by email to conf flight now changed again but just 2.5 hours earlier . I agree. Yesterday I get a message from my credit card company asking did I authorize a payment of $300 to a travel company. I did not do reported fraud. I check my email last night an see a 2nd email from this SCAM company, that states all ticket changes that airline make will cost $75 a ticket. Oh no it won’t. Give me back my money. Can’t get in touch with virgin Atlantic either. Held for 1.40 minutes and no one answered. I will call them Monday and hope I have seats in my name. Do Not do business with this scam company.

On Wednesday, November 27, 2021at 7:58 AM CST, I called to modify/ change my flight from MSP to RSW
MSP to RSW FRIDAY, JANUARY 28 AT 6:15 PM and returning to MSP from RSW on SUNDAY, JANUARY 30 AT 6:00 PM (FROM RSW). When I spoke to the rep who was modifying my flight information everything went good, ok and even got my flight changed and got a confirmation/ new booking ID for my change.

The next day (Thursday, November 28, 2021 at 1:37 PM CST), my trip was cancelled without any notification from the agency AND OR delta. After I spoke to a delta rep, they said that the agency had cancelled it without notice (no email, no text, no call, nothing) and when I went and asked the agency after speaking to the rep, they said that it was the agency who cancelled my reservation since I made the reservation through them. After telling Allen (ext. 127) he said he will need to give delta a call to see what’s going on and will give me a call back (but never did)

Fast forward today, Friday, November 29, 2021 at 7:20 AM CST, I looked onto the delta app to find my trips and surprisingly the MSP to RSW was there BUT the dates are WRONG and not what it should (above). Also upon changing my flight on Wednesday’s call they also wanted to charge me $175 for the change - but where is that $175 now? Was there a refund? And WHY was my reservation cancelled AFTER I got it changed and was confirmed with the new ticket and booking?

I called again at 7:24 AM Today and they said the same thing as yesterday, someone will give me a call to inform me with further information because he doesn’t know much in details what have happened and mentioned that his colleague was working on this (assuming Allen from yesteray) but this still dis not answer any of my questions are they stil stand as. WHY was it cancelled, WHO was right and wrong and WHERE is my refund when I changed my flight on Wednesday is was charge for $175? WHY was my flight ‘rebooked’ again for the OLD DATES and NOT the new ones? What is going on? What is happening? I need explanations and why is this more complicated than it should be?

Tried booking online and received a message that the flight was being verified. Less than an hour later I received 10-15 back to back calls from the same number. I eventually answered and it was a rep from last minute fare deal. The person told me that something was wrong with the price online but that he would get it fixed and the tickets booked without a problem (the entire time I was on the phone with this person I was receiving more calls from the same number). After going back and forth he said that my tickets had been reserved and I would receive a confirmation via email. My immediate afterthought was that I got scammed and that the tickets were never going to materialize, and, following a quick google search of the phone number that they called me from, I quickly realized that I made a very bad decision by booking through this company. I immediately called back and cancel the order (the tickets had not been issued...it was 10 min later), and I was told that I would be charged $300 in cancellation fees - $75 per ticket -- on a trip that was never fully confirmed!!!! It appears that their business plan is to advertise very low flights and then charge customers exorbitant fees to make up the difference +++ more (assuming tickets are actually forthcoming). In some cases it appears that they are not only charging fees but also making it extremely difficult if not impossible to even get a refund - thereby pocketing the fees AND the ticket charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - A TOTAL SCAM THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Airfare may be good but they also charge an administrative fee per ticket when the airline makes a change. They were very misleading on the initial call to book a flight. I paid extra fee to ensure my tickets would be refundable only to find out that it only applies in the first 24 hours of booking your flight. Now I can’t even get my money back - credit only with another fee on top of that. Unbelievable!!!! I’m even more surprised that the airlines allow this company to represent them. Makes the airline look bad also.

On April 30th, 2021 My wife tried to purchase airline tickets from a legitimate company and was re directed to Last Minute Fare Deals site. She purchased 2,500.00 tickets to Poland. I checked the reservation status with the airline and no reservation existed. Last Minute Fare then changed the reservation and again the airline had no record and said we needed a refund from Last Minute Fare Deals. They keep you on hold for hours just to tell you they don't give refunds. I may never get our money back but I'm going to complain to everyone including the Attorney Generals office. This business has so many complaints they need to be shut down !!!! Never use this company !!!

Never, I repeat never use this sight!! Terrible service..after you book you cannot get hold of anyone for service. I've tried and been on hold a total of 3 hours. Worst service I have ever had anyplace in my life!!

This seemed to be a professional company and the initial sale went through without a problem. This was last week. However, today I logged onto my bank and found a refund. Good on them for that; yet, no one from the company contacted me to let me know this. If I had not checked my bank, I would still believe the flight was on. So, to ensure due diligence, I attempted contacting the company. The order was answered almost immediately. But now, I have been on the phone waiting for them to answer for over 2.5 hours. After waiting for over an hour, I tried acting like I was going to book a flight, they answered right away. When I explained the situation, they transferred me to hold for another 45 minutes. When I called back and demanded to speak to a supervisor, they transferred me to a "manager" and have been on hold for over 40 minutes this time around. Do NOT trust this sham of a company. They can't even face up to customer complaints or fix what they did.

lastminutefaredeal.com and other sub-brands including Airtkt and Eros Tours is a terrible service. They charge you for every change that the airline makes. These changes are very prevalent during the pandemic, but these greedy people charge you about $100 for every change per passenger.
Be careful not to give them any information about your bank account.
The office contrary to what they claim in not in downtown Los Angeles, but in India.

So misleading and dishonest. They will flat out lie to you. It's not worth it.

They are horrible. If you don’t wanna have heart attack on the day you are traveling at the airport. Don’t book here. It’s easy and nice to book a flight but after it’s to talk to them on the phone. They canceled flight without tell you. Save the stress don book here. I lost my $1400 just like that

I booked a flight with lastminutefaredeal. It was Qatar airways. I needed to change the flight due to travel restriction imposed because of Covid. They first said they will charge $792 when the ticket price was 787 in qatarairways website. When i mentioned it, they said it would be $430 then later changed it to $528. Again the country I was in, cancelled all the flights. So, i called them asking to reverse the $528 within 30 minutes with valid reason. They decline to refund it and just give the voucher. And again they said they will charge $75 just to issue the voucher even in this circumstances. Such a horrible customer service.
