Ive been with las vagas casino a while now.. always loved the games. However the scam was shown this evening to me. In my rewards I had 420 points. It said play table games to get an extra 250 points. So I did. So it bumped up my points to 670
I was able to purchase a £10 bonus or free spins.. and a few other things. Which were all 480 points - 650 points
Anyway when I went back in to get a £10 bonus with my points. The same bonus was now 950 points. Absolutely shameful behaviour!!! I went to chat and he tried to dismiss me saying they were set last year. However this happened as soon as I had enough points to buy a bonus.
Ive closed my account down. disgraceful.
And when I did there was no explanation or apology.

The hotel was so dirty, charged a fortune for city tax but dont put the money back in to the facilities, rooms were minging, carpets stinking, no fridge , safe didnt work, view from our room was a brick wall , dont stay here youll never get over it

Absolutely terrible website. I have used the site many times but recently had won £400, this was almost two weeks ago. Since then I have nothing but issues.
