Booking confirmation

I am auctually hesitant to book as it is my first time. But then, when I enquired, the fly fairly team in the name of Angel and Ashley immediately answered my concern in just 10 mins. and even assisted me.
Grateful with your quick response and hope you will maintain that one. keep up the good work team :)

Super helpful Customer Service!

Angel was a lifesaver!
I needed to change some details of my booking last minute and wasn’t sure how long it would take, but Angel from Fly Fairly’s support team helped me immediately. She was super responsive, walked me through everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to get this kind of fast and personal support these days. Huge thanks to Angel for sorting everything out so quickly!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BOOKING…

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!
To all who are thinking of booking through this app, please think more than twice. The hassle is really not worth it. It is better to pay the regular price instead.

In a nutshell, everything was just bad experience overall. Instead of handling the situation, they choose to dodge a bullet and bark up the wrong tree --the customer.

1.Customer service rep is very unprofessional.So much unnecessary extra comments and reasoning instead of just doing what was asked.
Second, 2 of the 4 bookings have ENTIRELY WRONG CONFIRMATION CODES. Imagine the hassle of having to confirm everything on my end. No one has the luxury of time to do these. Had I not reviewed them ahead, imagine the stress it would have been. Confirmation code was changed by the airline without their knowledge. Should that be the customer's problem then? Isn't that part of your job to update the customer of the changes?
Third, I cannot make any changes to my booking like seat preference and additional baggage because the booking is made under someone's email and I can't access it. When I tried to reach out, NO ONE RESPONDS. This service is crap.... JUST CRAPPY!

I made this review with all honesty and these were the replies I received on my end, because I made a review about my experience:

"...At this stage, we are happy to resume support and provide the updated itinerary, as soon as your public review reflects the facts of the situation more fairly."
[Really?]

"Wishing you smooth travels ahead. And say hi to AA for us"
[Who is AA?]

FLY FAIRLY, please do better at your correspondence with customers. It leaves a bad (or worse) impression. Take reviews and comments as a way to improve.

Also, I am not paid to make reviews. This experience just needs to be known!

We’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations 💔 We know travel stress is real and we always try to go above and beyond 💜but this review contains many claims that are simply untrue 😢

The issue you faced came from the airline's new customer portals, which are entirely outside our control. You confirmed the booking is accessible on their old portal but not the new one, which clearly shows the issue was on their side.

Low-cost carriers can be hard to reach directly, which is exactly why we stepped in to help! Our team supported you throughout the weekend, including outside business hours, and stayed kind and responsive the entire time, even when your messages were (ahem) less than friendly from the start 😅

We always do our best to help 💜 We also believe in fairness and honesty, both in flying and in feedback. And when a review feels a little too embellished, especially when the only other one happens to praise a competitor, most readers know how to read between the lines 🙂

Great solutions bringing down costs

I was just really struggling trying to find a return flight from Sweden in June at a reasonable cost, almost giving up and with that, giving up the chance to visit my family and have my son come and stay with me in the summer then I stumbled upon these guys who put together a great suggested combination of flights which then can quite often result in much lower prices, ok so I'm coming back via Oslo haha but hey I get to see my family thank you guys

Our chat logs show our team was in touch with you multiple times per day, doing our best to assist. We understand travel can be stressful, especially during unexpected disruptions!

Both our team and Cathay Pacific explained to you that since you made changes directly with Cathay Pacific, the booking moved under their control (this is standard across all travel agencies). This meant we couldn’t make changes ourselves (even though we wanted to!). We still did our best to liaise with the airline on your behalf.

While we completely understand your frustration, we have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, as our team is here to support all travelers professionally and respectfully.

As for remote work, yes, some of our staff work from home, including working mums, which we proudly support! This has no impact on our commitment to providing great service.

We’re always happy to assist where we can and hope to serve you again in the future. Wishing you smooth travels ahead! 😊

Was a little confusing at first to be honest but Angel helped me figure it out! She was even nice to me when I was very anxious about my flight details and things! I actually think Fly Fairly is pretty good! Used it for my first time ever flying internationally:)
