Es geht um die Bestellung #4546
Es geht um die Bestellung #4546. der Artikel war angeblich auf Lager und mit der zusätzlichen Chlorierung hätte er also binnen 12 Werktagen geliefert werden sollen. Die Bestellung erfolgt inklusive Bezahlung am.21.08. also vor mittlerweile 5 Wochen. Im System von Latexkontor.de steht der Status immer noch auf offen. Ich habe mittlerweile merfach schriftlich um Informationen gebeten, habe mindestens 4 Nachrichten auf dem Anrufbeantworter hinterlassen und bis zu 10 mal täglich (ja mir kann langweilig sein) dort angerufen. Das Unternehmen reagiert in keinster weise und lässt einen einfach am langen Arm verhungern. Wozuhat man ein Kontaktformular wenn man dann den Kunden doch einfach hängen lässt? Alsoich kann von dieser Erfahrung her nur absolut davon abraten hier zu bestellen.
