I have had a number of doors from Latham over the years and the doors are excellent as is the delivery and ordering system (Which is why I keep using them)
However today, a lovely lady called Miya Kaur excelled.. I had lost the fixing kit on a door we ordered in error some time ago. When I called to order a new one without a prompt Miya offered to send me a free kit.. Fantastic service and a great product... Many thanks Miya..

Second time of using Lathams. Ordering process nice and easy, great comms re delivery and accommodating with a revised slot after first one was unsuitable. 2 hour time slot advised for day of delivery then a phone call 30 mins before on the actual day. Thanks Phil and Tom for an efficient friendly drop off.

Good staff with help ordering as web site can be very complicated and you can get deals from staff.

Highly recommend steel security doors. All our neighbours in our rural area get break-ins annually after 1 unsuccessful attempt we now get left alone each year.
