I recently got the Asad Bourbon and I absolutely love the scent. I think it’s my favorite from the Asad variant. However, I’m not so impressed with the atomizer. Please do better, Thanks.
Never received items. Customer Service advised a replacement will be shipped out within 48hrs. Never received missing items and now have to dispute charge with my bank. Don’t trust this company.

This is the first and last time I will ever order from Lattafa-USA.com. I ordered and they held the package for a few days. After I messaged them they made a label but still did not send the package out. After another message of asking to cancel they supposedly sent it out. Now I have a message saying the package is delayed some more. I called them and they do not answer the phone so I am going to ask my credit card for a charge back if it is further delayed. There is no customer service or communication. I get over 100 fragrances a year and they will no longer get any of my money. Disgusting.
I want to share my recent experience with a pre-ordered Lattafa perfume scent. When I received the package, I could smell the perfume before opening the box. I usually do this to check if the item is damaged. Unfortunately, the perfume box did not provide enough protection, and the perfume inside was damaged and leaking. The sprayer was also jammed. I purchased the perfume at a discounted price ($50-$55), and receiving a damaged product was disappointing. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and Facebook, including sending photos of the damages. Still, I am waiting to receive a response. It has been 2 days, and I have tried calling the USA customer service phone number but failed to succeed. I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with this experience and have decided not to make future purchases from Lattafa's USA website.
