Launch 360 has been great to work with—simple to use, quick to roll out, and the reports are good and helpful. We found the team is responsive. No issues. Would absolutely recommend.
Launch 360 is a solid 360 tool, providing leaders with impactful information for their development. The tool itself is a headache to use. It's very, very buggy: repeated errors in sending surveys, where the only solution is to logout/login and clear cookies just to send another survey. Some of my surveys were sent multiple times to the same recipients, overcharging me for the Additional Reviewers. And their customer service team is absolutely unresponsive. Emails to their inbox (info@launch-360) have gone over a week without a response. For a company that presents itself as a developer of people, it's incredibly disappointing to receive such poor service.
