I am using the premium subscription for it. It is a really great system. The only problem is that you have to contact the team for many things and you can’t do it your self. As an example: make a affiliate system for your server, enable the auto removal if the sub is canceled. Another small problem is that you can do most things only with a call and if you don’t like that you have got kind of a problem. All together it is still a really good tool I would even say the best tool for paid discord acces.

Patrick has been huge in starting and maintaining a smooth running discord/launchpass sign up page!!!!!!! Extremely appreciative!

Launch Pass is a super useful tool to help entrepreneurs monetize their community. Was also very impressed by their level of customer care. Tech support was easy to schedule a call with and they even followed up to make sure I had everything running smoothly. Great service!

It was incredibly quick and easy to set up premium chat rooms with LaunchPass. It only took a few minutes to create a fully functioning system complete with product pages, payment options, payment processing, and welcome emails! 10/10 value!

They are a company that shows they care about their customers and this alone will place them lightyears ahead of their competition (if any!). I am new to this space of financial transactions but they make it easy to navigate and understand. They get 5 stars from me!

I have been using LaunchPass since they first started, my experience has been nothing but amazing with them! I have had anywhere from 20 to 1000 different subscribers and LaunchPass managed everything perfectly and flawless. If you run any type of business with reoccurring subs and have dealt with the frustration of removing and adding members yourself you need LaunchPass asap. Any questions or support I needed was always responded to within minutes, my business grew exponentially after teaming up with them, absolutely love LaunchPass and their team!!!

I registered for a server and then realized it had no activity and was essentially "dead". Initially, Launchpass said there was little they could do and told me to contact my bank for a dispute. However, after a few emails with Dan on their Customer Support team, Launchpass addressed my concerns and had the store owner disable their store, and they convinced the store owner to send me a refund.

Fast customer service with migration from a previous owner to me. Friendly and quick to respond. Having no issues with incorporating their platform with my business.

Poor service. I joined up and paid the fee and did not have any access. When I enquired with them they didn’t try to help or intervene. They only passed my email around. When I asked for a refund they passed my email again. Avoid at all costs. They just want your money.

They don’t have a proper cancellation way. I’m charged for more than a year for something I haven’t used

My problem was solved. Customer support helped me a lot.
