I am beyond frustrated with the service…
I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from Laundryheap.
I trusted them with multiple white clothing items, and every single one has been completely ruined — all turned blue/grey due to what can only be described as careless handling. These were not cheap items, and I have receipts and proof for everything.
Because of this, my entire evening was ruined as I was left with nothing suitable to wear. It’s honestly shocking that a professional laundry service could cause this level of damage.
I have contacted them and expect full reimbursement for every single item. If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be taking legal action and continuing to share my experience publicly until it is.

Avoid at all cost if you like your shirts
Send 12 shirts to be dry cleaned, they came back in the same state with additional stains. The customer service stopped the conversation as soon as I asked for a refund.
Be very careful, those are scammer practices. Avoid at all costs

- charging for cancelation wich doesn't make any sense
- it was written 5£ if it's 2 or less than 2 hours will be charged for cancelation ( i dont know why also ) however you charged me more than that .
- the driver never came on time he always comes last minute and somtime late and you still charging me for your nonsense !!!
I don't think I will use your service again and I wont recommend your laundry for anybody

Very prompt service and helpful being able to track the delivery .
Have found the clothes don’t smell clean and fresh and a little rough especially the towels . Some white residue on some of the clothes .

Absolutely shocking experience. I initially handed over 2 bags of laundry and was quoted £20, which seemed reasonable. However, once they had my clothes, the price suddenly jumped to nearly £60 without any proper explanation.
When I refused to pay the inflated price and asked for my clothes back, they told me I would have to pay anyway or wait up to 45 days or they would keep my clothes. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a total scam.
Very unprofessional and dishonest service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company and use a trusted local cleaner instead. Save yourself the stress and don’t risk losing your money or your clothes.

Used the service in Manchester over the…
Used the service in Manchester over the weekend as I was staying in a hotel and needed my clothes washed.
While the service picked up and dropped off my clean clothes when expected, all of my shirts and Kakhi style pants came back creased, to the point where I will need to re-wash everything properly to remove the creases.
I cannot recommend this service based upon my experience.
Edit: Based upon this review, I did receive a full refund for this order.

Worst service
Worst service. Discoloured my clothes. I paid for two seperate washes and my white came back grey. And they were asking me for labels to prove it. Nonsense.
They had my clothes inside out idk what they say about clothes ready to be hanged 😂
Customer service the worst. Zero acountability. They gave me credit as if i used them again.
Only positive thing i have to say is the drivers were nice and professional

Wash Good…Timings Frustrating.
The quality of washing is high and I like that items are folded and paired. The drivers are polite and efficient. However, the timescales are inaccurate (I have never had a next day return). Today (30 March), my pick up has been changed at the last minute to an unsuitable time. Frustrating.
