You guys were quick to react when needed additional cleaning and were clear abt the cleaning fee and honesty. But for the amount paid I wish the stains could be totally removed.

Regular customer. Consistently a good service; until it wasn't - a driver turned up almost half an hour before the scheduled window, then left before it was due. Argued and refused to come back. Got charged a "cancellation fee". Customer service said the driver was "slightly early" and did "call" (on Snapchat, which I don't use). Then gave a "store credit" like they were doing me a favour, then stopped replying in-app. To their credit they followed up by email, apologised and did a proper refund, but the initial experience was not just "a bad driver" but one of complacent arrogance and "we're right, customer is wrong". You can't rescue that. Support your local dry cleaners if you can instead.

Everything was good except you took my laundry bag. I always reviewed and wrote to you about this weeks ago. I needed that bag for travelling. I would like to have my bag back please. I know it is too late now, but I asked for it the day you returned my laundry without my bag.

Great communication and quick, efficient service with pick-up and drop-off.

Extremely disappointed with this laundry service. Not only are they overpriced, but the quality of service is terrible. I sent in two shirts with very basic milk stains, and both came back with the stains still clearly visible — literally untouched. For the amount they charge, I expected at least clean clothes.
On top of that, their pricing is very unclear and feels intentionally misleading. You don’t get a proper estimate upfront, and the final bill ended up being much higher than expected. It honestly feels like they overcharge customers however they want.
Would definitely not recommend. Expensive, careless, and unprofessional.

The cleaning is great but they get crumpled in transit. Still a good service and I will feedback this so a solution can be found. Very convenient for dry cleaning

Communication is ace! I was kept up to date with the work progress, and timekeeping was excellent!
As for the finished products?
Top tier!!
Thank you for great service!

They delivered me back a a blue bag containing less than half the clothes I'd delivered them. After days back and forth on support (takes ~24hr per reply) they said "we picked up one blue bag" (they didn't, it was a tote bag) and "we delivered one blue bag". Therefore, my missing clothes are somehow my fault - essentially, go jump.
Not even a partial refund offered. Avoid.

Horrendous! Never use these cowboys!
I spent nearly £80 on my husband laundry and dry cleaning and what was returned were mangaled shirts with stains on them. After contacting Laundryheap the tried fobbing me off with less than £10, no offer to fix the issues or redo the laundry, nope just offered me less than the cost of takeaway, in credit might I add!
Just shocking, don't use these people, they'll ruin your clothes and take your money with a care in the world.

If I could give it zero I would. I’m currently being ignored by the support team and have been overcharged for multiple by £100. They are holding and refusing to deliver our items. Their support is appalling and I would not recommend, personally I won’t ever be using them again.
Just to add. We’ve now received items back with three damaged items (melted together or with veining) and seven missing items. Again customer service is incredibly slow and poor particularly given this is supposed to be a timely service.
