The main set arrived smashed in the post. I was given a part refund. However the amount did not cover the cost for me to reorder. I was told I would get a call from customer service. That never happened.

I love the product
I love the product, but the lids fal of the make up and the brushes. But I still buy it and I like it. I just think they need to maybe make him a little more sturdy so that the lid to the makeup don’t fall off I had to use tape to hold it together and it’s not the first time that happened. The last batch I bought same thing.
