I had the most amazing experience with Saffy . She listened to what I was hoping to achieve colour wise and although it was very expensive ( I knew what I would be paying upfront as I had been in for a quote) and partly my fault because I had to also have a colour correction due to popping a box colour on and it needed stripping out . It has been such a long time since I have walked out of a salon 100% happy with my hair . Thankyou so much Saffy I will be back in May for my next top up appointment before my holiday . One very happy client 😁😁

I had the worst experience here and they tried to charge more than their website when I tried to book over the phone after having having issues online. I asked for balayage and got this. It was soooo bad I boxed dyed it back to brown a month later. Don’t go here much better options in Cheltenham

I don’t know how I am possibly in the situation I find myself in, I show a picture of beautiful soft balayage and colours stating that I must not end up with any shades of copper or orange tones. I explain that I must leave by noon having arrived at 9.45 for balayage and a Demi colour.
I barely scraped out of there at 1.10pm which made me very late for work. I was 40 minutes before anything was started with my hair.
When I looked at my hair the following morning as I worked late the previous day I was horrified to see bright orange/copper all over my head. I looked like a parrot. I couldn’t go out looking like that, I looked terrible. I had a dark cherry colour on top of my head with the brightest orange copper balayage all the way through. I just don’t understand. The pictures were subtle colours and much much darker and no shades of copper at all. I had to put a toner on it because I couldn’t leave the house looking like that not with the job I do. I was in tears.
They offered to put a toner on in the week sometime and a sorry. Really not good enough when I spent £150 on totally the wrong colours and a rushed blow dry so I didn’t have to go to work with wet hair.
Very disappointed. Such a shame as the girl was lovely. Wish I could show pictures so you can see for yourselves.

Have continued to reach out but am just ignored. I had to pay to have my hair ruined and they haven’t even offered a refund or partial refund. Very very poor!
