Delivered creased, cheap paper stock which felt like it had been printed on a home inkjet printer. I felt embarrassed to give this to my friend after heart surgery. Nice design but print quality is really naff.

Fantastic customer service and a great product!

I placed the order a week ago expecting it would take 3-4 days, but it's not yet shown up. I messaged the vendor after 3 days, but no reply. Today I get a "how did we do" email. Not that impressed really.

Update: It appears that the card was dispatched quickly but got lost in the post. My message hadn't got through, but Laura has been in touch and swiftly arranged a full refund.

Thank you so much Laura, the card for fertility was very much appreciated by the recipient. I also ordered The Gentleman card which I know my brother in law will love on his birthday. I provided the delivery address in the notes to seller section.

Paid with Apple Pay which pre populates the address.

Card was sent to me. I emailed the seller to ask them if they would rectify this by sending the card again to the correct address and had no reply.

Update - the response has been that nothing was written in the notes box on my order, which to me confirms the note box function doesn’t work & there was an IT problem with the hello@ email address.

Always an awesome service and I love the designs on all cards.

Had issues not receiving the card but this was corrected as soon as the seller became aware.

Fab card. Speedy delivery. Highly recommend.
