A very very good family-oriented building company
I have to say that I am completely puzzled by the negative comments below... They look like completely fake, considering the fact there are 4 very negatives comments posted in a very short timeframe and none of them is talking about any specific project in particular... just about prices and commissions and hidden costs. So nothing to do with an actual flat or house that has been built...
On our side, we did buy a real flat, made of bricks and mortar, from LaureHaus in 2017 in Wertach. Not only this flat was delivered on budget (i.e. no extra costs) but we actually got the keys 3 months ahead of schedule!
We also really appreciated the fact that LaureHaus works almost exclusively with local handymen from Allgäu. The quality of build and finish was simply outstanding.
Since our main residence is in Munich, we followed the whole building work remotely, with only 4 on-site visits over the year it took to complete the building. Yet the whole experience was completely smooth. Everybody at LaureHaus was extremely flexible and we exchanged very freely by email, using photos , sketches, etc.
As non-native German speaker, I also really appreciated the fact that everybody I had to talk to during the project, really made an extra effort to make sure that I had understood what was going on.
In conclusion, I can only HIGHLY RECOMMEND LaureHaus as a local and family oriented builder in the Kempten area.
