I contacted Lausten Lehrmann for advice and subsequent representation on a Party Wall Act 1996 matter. I was very concerned about damage to my property during demolition and building of an adjacent property. Lausten Lehrmann explained the process and acted on my behalf to inspect and prepare the schedule of condition and liaise with the other party. I feel reassured that i now have a robust survey in place to protect my interests. Lausten Lehrmann were very professional and helpful throughout, explaining the process and conducting the survey and preparing the documentation. They were also very helpful when I later sought their advice as building works proceeded and an issue arose. As a result of their intervention, works were suspended and the developer agreed an alternative conservative approach to the build. I am most grateful to Lausten Lehrmann and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
