I was very disappointed with my recent experience at the store in Nowy Sacz, Trzy Korony. The customer service was unhelpful, and I was informed that returns were not accepted, despite the fact that consumer law allows them. Additionally, the salesperson I interacted with, whom I believe was named Dominika, displayed an unprofessional attitude that made the shopping experience unpleasant.

While the clothing design is acceptable, the quality of the materials does not justify the pricing. Overall, I cannot recommend this store, as both the service and product value fell below expectations.
