SELLS USED KEYS
Purchased key for backup software.
Was told I had to log into an account of a third
party at the backup software company
to transfer the key from their account to my account.
This sounded unethical to me and I asked for a refund. Refund was issued after threatening to report them to the software company and paypal.

I actually don't recommend them at all.
The purchase was fast and safe.
BUT afterwards it was impossible to contact the support service.
I have tried by email and WhatsApp without receiving a response.
I have waited several days before writing this review to wait for a response.
But unfortunately I have not received any response.

Be aware of this scammer!!
I purchased a key for office 2021 h&b for Mac but i haven't recieve anythink, I've talket to the seller on whatsapp and he told me the key is not in stock and he offered to send me a 2019 version, i refused and i asked for refund but he didn't send me a refund or the key!!!!
Don't buy from this scammers!!!

Lavashare's customer service non-existant!!
Lavashare left me hanging after a year into a 2 year license of McAffee. I purchased a 2 year license and started getting messages from McAffee that my license was expiring on 13 Oct '23. The license I purchased is supposed to be for 2 years till 13 Oct '24. After emailing them on 18 Sept '23, I never received a reply. Logged into my Lavashare account and found a Whatsapp number. Whatsapped them on 12-10-23, with all details explaining what's happening. Messaged them again on 13-10-23, they replied with: "Please advise how we can help?" after I detailed what the issue was. Replied again with the whole story. Lavashare's reply: "This almost 1 year" "It out of warranty period" I reply: "It's for 2 years, see details on order" Lavashare: "If pc formated it's not possible to reactivate again" I reply: "PC has not been formatted" on 14-10-23. Till presently, no answer back. I paid for a 2 year license, now I'm stuck without protection! Your customer care seriously sucks!! No STARS!!!
