I received my dress it is exactly what…

I received my dress it is exactly what I ordered, I normally wear a medium but this dress is so small I can’t get it on. Evidently the sizing is wrong I need an extra large considering how small this medium is.
I need to return it and can get no response from them.
I can’t afford to buy dresses that don’t fit without a return so I can reorder!

Scam-What they advertise and show is…

Scam-What they advertise and show is not what they send. You have to pay for the return which is outrageously expensive-To China-Do not trust this company-They offered me a 55% refund in the end without sending it back and used the excuse that the wrong product was sent-acted like they were doing me a favor.

Horrible!!!

Had to choice 1 star cause the option for 0 was not there ! DO NOT BUY FROM THUS PLACE !

the quality is terrible and looks so cheap. You would think paying $50 - $60 for a dress it will be decent . Nope the material is like the clothes you wipe your counter with ( the cheap ones) if you need to return to have to pay for it ( going back to China) and then they can refund you 30% so it makes no send to return . I threw mine in the garbage because that’s how terrible it is . Can’t even give it to goodwill.

Cheap Clothes

Cheap Clothes. I brought the vintage suede brown trench coat. When I took it out the plastic it’s not suede. It’s faux suede. That was not described in the clothing detail. It says high quality suede! I immediately emailed them 11/22 and I emailed them again today 11/23 requesting a refund and to return. I’m waiting for a response for instructions to return. I should have googled the reviews before purchasing, also viewers this is a China own company with cheap quality clothes that looks nothing like the photo!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Dress not as described. Dress is described as a “belted dress”, but arrived without a belt. Contacted them immediately to return and they stated that I would have to pay for shipping again. $20 worth. They wouldn’t even send me the missing belt. NEVER AGAIN!!

Zero stars! This company is fraudulent in their advertising. Ordered a Thanksgiving dress, belt and necklace. Received a polyester potato sack that was not even close to what was pictured online. Belt was plastic and the “necklace” was basically gold, plastic beads. Paid $140! Had a similar experience to others when I requested a refund. A “person” named Lin Lin told me I could either get a 30% refund + 40% off more merchandise or I could pay the cost to ship back to China and they MAY issue a refund. I have reported them to the FTC, and disputed through my credit card company. Do not purchase from them!

ZERO STARS! Unable to return unless you are willing to pay the postage to China! Return policy is misrepresented on their site! They will not refund your money. COMPLETE SCAM! I bought a brown jumpsuit to wear for Thanksgiving. I was worried that I ordered a medium and not a small but the problem is is the reverse. I normally would wear a small, but the medium is incredibly small such a waste of time and money dealing with this company. I’m waiting for one more suede dress to come and I’m done never again.

If I could I would give 0 star!!!!!!! The site is misleading and the clothes come from China. Horrible quality and not the clothing that you ordered and saw on their website. They make sure that you cannot return without paying for the return and you cannot guarantee that the item will get back to China. When I received the product which took a long time they had a return address from Cailfornia. Very misleading!! They definitely have a scam system down. Unfortunately this happened to me and all they offered was something like a 10% refund and a coupon for 30% off their site. NEVER EVER GOING TO ORDER AGAIN!!!

If there was a zero star rating...that is what I'd give it.

If there was a zero star, I would have picked that. They have quite the scam going. So, the clothes are probably worth nothing. Horribly made. What you see on the site is nothing like what you get. The return policy isn't really that. That is where the scam comes in. You have a choice to pay for all of the shipping back to China (which is more than the product is even worth) or you can take a 20% partial refund. They know that everyone is going to do that, so they get 80% of the money and the clothes are basically made of paper. It is so sad that there are people who just love to take advantage of others. This is what Lavechic does. Don't go anywhere near this website.
