I paid invoice on April 22nd and on May 5th no information at all on my shipment and no customer service email response.

My experience with them has been very pleasant. Zero issues, everything went very smooth. Think Seal Team Six on online health care

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. Waited patiently to receive my order but didn’t hear anything. I finally reached out to customer support and they did not respond. I tried again and only then did they tell me they couldn’t fulfill my order and cancelled my order. I don’t know why they would take my order in the first place, or why they couldn’t have told me long before now, but I had to contact customer support twice.

I reported fraudulent activity associated with my bank account to purchase something from this company. Their response? "There's really nothing we can do. I hope you contacted your bank and cancelled your card". What a joke; only a scam of a company would refuse to take any action regarding fraud.

I am extremely leary of a one star review followed by a 5 star review. The 5 star is typically from someone associated with the company to keep their ratings up and/or a paid review. Its an all too common practice with these scammy companies. To date, I have paid them over $500 and haven't received a call, nor product. I guess I will filing a scam complaint with my credit card company!

If I could give less then one star I would. I placed an order with them and received it. On my first injection the needle bent. I wrote them a letter and sent photo. Almost a week has gone by and have not heard from them. I spent approximately $70 on intake form and $400 for shipment. What a waste. Stay away from this company.

LSH is a great telehealth establishment! Compared to the last two telehealth companies I tried both and were a big disappointment(MEDVI AND Weight CARE) they were misleading, unprofessional and a joke! From the start at LSH to the tirz being delivered to my front door took only 5 days. I started by paying the one time fee of 65 for the first consult on the 19th of Feb ‘25, the next morning at 8:30 I received a call from Christina The call was simple and to the point. She was very nice. Today the 25th I received my package of tirz. The communication is very easy. They didn’t leave me in the dust. It was not stressful at all. I wish I found LSH sooner. I don’t know what is happening with this lawsuit drama but I hope to stay on with LSH. Even if Eli Lilly has different doses in vial forms now. I will choose to stay with LSH. Thank you LSH. I Hope to stay with your establishment through my weight loss journey.

I was hired as a provider at Lavender Sky Health. They provided absolutely no training, just sent some videos the medical director put together last minute after I mentioned concern for having patients scheduled with me without receiving training. They then packed my first day with back to back patients after telling me Id start “slow” and provided no support. I would not trust this company to safely prescribe medications.

This is the best company they’re the best telehealth company, especially on a weight loss journey. They have been so responsive so informative, caring reaching out via text message or phone call or email. They are the best. I have had many companies since January. I would never change I would never go to another company this company the people they have working for them simply the best.

Unfortunately, my experience with Lavender Sky Health left a lot to be desired, leaving me unable to recommend them to anyone. I had belonged to another telehealth program and switched to LSH before the Oct 2nd fiasco from Ely Lily. It took LSH a month to figure out what they were going to do, and even longer for Red Rock pharmacy to decide if they were going to continue service LSH patients. During this time I received ZERO communication and missed getting my refill because of my unfortunate choice to use LSH.
I really wanted to like LSH as they are woman-owned owned but I am super disappointed at their lack of movement and communication. While other telehealth companies never ceased care for their patients, LSH left theirs hanging.

Brandi W is fantastic and made me feel at ease! Everything was well explained, and my medication came within two days or ordering! Prices are very competitive, and super easy to order. So far so good!

I paid the 65 fee they requested and they denied they received it even though my bank verified they did. This is an update of my previous review. Patient Support finally contacted me after I requested a refund and admitted they did receive the money. They then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't refund my money because I had used the E Consult services when I literally never discussed anything other than the confusion over the additional 65 they were requesting not the plan,treatment or information regarding the medication at all. They then said I had an unpaid overdue invoice that up until 5 in the evening there was no invoices posted. My opinion after I requested the refund they pushed the person I was supposed to Consult with to issue the invoice and they marked an invoice they literally issued yesterday as past due. Still not sure they can be trusted at this point

I am very happy with Lavender Sky Health. In a provider I look at pricing and customer service. I did extensive research and found their pricing to be comparable or lower than others with great reviews. Their customer service is beyond OUTSTANDING! They respond within a day. I would highly recommend Lavender Sky Health for weight loss medications.

Cannot get LSH to respond to my emails, the pharmacy emailed me 3 days ago stating the medication was out of stock, I have emailed LSH twice with no communication back from them, just want my money back at this point, will have to dispute my payment with my credit card company at this point, don't trust LSH

I love LSH! Staff is responsive to any and all questions, and they’re super quick! I love that you get to choose which pharmacy you can order from. They have such great prices as well. I have had such a great experience with them, I can’t say enough good things!

Lavender Sky Health has been fantastic from the start! Their onboarding process is incredibly quick and efficient, making it easy to get started without any hassle. I love that they give you the flexibility to choose which pharmacy you want your medications to come from.

In addition to GLP-1s, they offer a great variety of wellness injections that you can add to your plan if you’re interested. I’ve also found their Facebook support group to be a wonderful resource—well-moderated, always positive, and focused on staying on topic.

What really sets them apart is their commitment to passing on savings to patients. Whenever they negotiate better rates for medications, they make sure to share those savings with us. Highly recommend Lavender Sky Health!

Their site has issues and the font is light and hard to read. There was a problem with my registration and I reached out immediately. They did not respond but they immediately charged me money. I never got a consult. They wouldn’t refund the money after 3 requests. I couldn’t even access the portal.
