I find this company difficult to deal with. Trying to get any response from them is proving difficult. They have taken a subscription payment which I only discovered on my banking app. No email from them to inform me they were taking this payment, I also haven’t recieved the goods they have charged me for. I’m starting to think this is a scam company
I have been using Matinika for several years but now wish to cancel my subscription. I can’t get onto my account to do it online - no facility- their phone numbers don’t work and they don’t respond to emails! I wish I had not got involved with this company in the first place! Not a good company to deal with!
Thought I’d share my experience with Lavie Labs and their products. I decided after using their face cream day and evening for a few months, to try more products in their range. I have signed on to a package which means I have the products at a much lower price. I am happy to do this as I am really seeing a difference with continued use. And compliments from my friends confirm this. What I hadn’t expected, and it is a welcome surprise, is the after care. Every six weeks/2months I have a call from James to see how I feel about the results and answer any questions I may have about using the products. I have confidence in this company and am glad to find products that work. My favourite product is the Immortality cream, used at night, it really keeps my skin smooth.
