My daughter (7) spent a week at Harry Potter Minecraft camp... I'm not gonna lie, i had my reservations at first. She had expressed interest in Minecraft because her older cousin loves it.

Since Lavner Camps was running the program and i'd heard nothing but good things about them, I decided to go for it and I am so glad i did!!

My daughter came home the first day all smiles. New friends, loved her instructor and then proceeded to tell me all about minecraft, what she made with her friends, how everyone loved "open creative time" and how she couldn't wait to tell her cousin all about it.

She then said "by the way, who is Harry Potter?"... we have since started our reading journey through the Harry Potter books...

Anyway - bottom line, there's a lot of camp options out there. When it comes to digital, computers, STEAM, and just basic summer tech enrichment, Lavner is great. On top of that, communication with staff was fantastic and I felt my daughter just really had a great week there!

Communication to parents and the focus and attention on the kids.

Communication - anytime I had a question, I got a quick and informed response. Totally put me at ease!

Focus on the kids - My daughter came home from camp day one and the first thing she wanted to show me was the science experiments she had done all day at camp! I was honestly a bit shocked at how excited and engaged she was. I was a little nervous that Girl's STEAM camp wouldn't be as fun as tennis camp...I was wrong. She loved her classmates, instructors and all the science-based activities she did all day! Out kitchen table now looks like a science lab, ha!!

We will definitely be back next summer!!

Great camp and great counselor whom my daughter adored!

My daughter has attended several Lavner camps and loved them all. Her favorites though have been the graphic design for converse shoes and vans. The counselors are great, logistics easy, and everything well organized. My daughter is happy, so what more is there to ask for?

The camp was great, from the minute we walked in the staff was welcoming and when I picked up my little one on the first day, she couldn't wait to come back the next day. She learned so much and met so many new friends and we were completely happy with our experience with Lavner Camp.

Even before the summer began, I was researching the best educational programs for an off school time. I spoke with a few representatives of various companies, but it was the Lavner Camps support and customer care team that made the tedious research process smooth and enjoyable. The staff did not only answered many questions I had, they impressed me by having an extensive knowledge of the offerings, benefits of each program. They were able to make tailored suggestions according to my family needs and do it all with the nicest, most professional attitude. I truly enjoyed my numerous interactions with Lavner Education team and cannot recommend the company highly enough.

We’ve actually tried a number of tech camps around San Diego and just stumbled on Lavner this summer. My son had a great week and is excited to go back in the future. My husband is in the tech industry and was really happy with what my son learned, as well. He hasn’t felt that about other camps my son has tried. So overall, son was happy and techy husband was happy. I’d strongly recommend the Lavner camps!

The variety of programs offered is what initially sparked my interest, as the children have very diverse interest.
The staff is amazing - total professionals, yet very caring and friendly. They have made this a very special experience!!! I highly recommend Lavner Camps!!

Great kids, great counselors, and all around awesome experience for all of our children. From basketball to cooking, mine-crafting etc. Lavner Camps never disappoints.

My two 11year-old daughters went to different Lavner 1-week programs this summer (one graphic design and the other STEM). They both loved the experience and learned a lot. I highly recommend (attended Chicago Lincoln Park site).

Friendly customer service and great variety of programs!

I signed my grandson up for Culinary Camp at Lavner and He had a wonderful experience. He loved every minute of his week there and hope to go back again next year.

When speaking with customer service, I got all the information I asked for very quickly and thoroughly. I could tell the representative went out of their way to make sure all my questions answered. I appreciate a business that makes sure their customers are satisfied

I really enjoyed their culinary arts camp and Minecraft camp! Ended up going to both of them twice!

There was no structured curriculum or teaching of Minecraft. For the first two days, my child wasn't taught how to use the trackpad and couldn't actually create anything so just flew around Minecraft. The class was combined with another class, so my child spent the time watching the older children play Among Us and Roblox. When I walked into the class for pick up, the "teachers" were all grouped at the desk talking to each other. No one was interacting with the kids. It's possible that other Lavner camps at other locations have better experiences but would not recommend the Minecraft summer camp hosted in San Francisco.

Amazing staff and phenomenal programs. Could not be more satisfied or recommend these camps enough. I’m just so jealous I didn’t get to attend when I was a kid!!!

This is year two with Lavner camps. Every day picking up my little brings me so much joy to hear all about how much fun she has each day! Staff has always been great and so welcoming with the kids and even knows every child’s name as they come in each morning! We love Lavner camps!

Of all the camps my children have attended (7 in total), Lavner is their favorite. My only issue is the cost. I don’t know if it’s something we can sustain.
