Part of the ISE group I bought a ride on mower from mower.ie and accessories from LMPO.ie

The quality of service, price and range was excellent. In particular Robin in sales was top class. There was a minor issue with the delivery company and he was on it immediately and resolved it brilliantly. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer centric at all times. He went above and beyond to call me out of hours to keep me updated and a great ambassador for that business. It was a big outlay and concern for me when buying something that expensive on line and never even seeing it but I would have no hesitation doing it again with this company.

Absolutely brilliant, price , delivery and customer service

A small circuit board was ordered on 02 Apr. It was delivered on the 19 April. Totally unacceptable. What made it worse was the couriers apparently attempted to deliver the item on the 13th but could not for some reason. I was in all day and despite the courier having my phone number - which they used to tell me they were going to deliver the item - they did not use it to contact me when they were unable to make the delivery. Lawmower Parts Online were excellent at sending hollow, apologetic emails whilst doing absolutely nothing. I suggested that a replacement item be dispatched on an overnight courier - they did not even have the courtesy to respond. Overall zero for customer service. No compensation offered.

Bought the 85lb Agri-Fab Spreader for my Garden Tractor. Looks small but I have a big garden and only had to fill it up a couple of times. Strong build, seems good so far for the price. Easy company to deal with. Took a while to get it from ordering but this was during Covid times but the Sales Rep. replied and updated me on delivery etc. Would buy again from them.

Excellent service. Ordered a lawnmower spare on Thursday afternoon. It was with me the following morning. Couldn't be better. Will certainly be using this site in future!

I ordered two chainsaw replacement Oregon chains on line on Monday afternoon. Both chains arrived by express post on Tuesday morning. That is great service and I will certainly use Lawnmower Parts Online again in the future.

I needed an air filter and a can of engine oil for a Briggs and Stratton 675 lawn mower engine. Easy to find components on web site with reference to model number while we are all locked down under Covid.

Very fast service, delivered the next day, prompt response from Shane, will use again.

very quick turnaround, would like a bit more clarity on what parts are genuine and what are spurious, I know they state on other parts of the website that items are generally non genuine unless stated as genuine but would be easier if the items were clear in their descriptions, for example I was wondering if the briggs and stratton engine oil was generic engine oil or genuine and it turned out to be genuine which is good. It makes it hard to compare prices with other suppliers that outline clearly what items are original versus generic.
Sent an email enquiry on Monday night along with the order and no reply as yet (today weds) so holding back 1 star for that and lack of clarity in product descriptions making it crystal clear about original and non original items. Appreciate two day delivery in middle of covid along with free delivery. Will order from them again.

Forgot to upgrade to 5 star and reply today reminded me, the brand of spark plug I received didn't work reliably with mower and got a reply to my email with replacement matching brand part sent and mower worked fine since with this part. Great customer service.
