So far, So execellent!
I have been using LawnStarter service for about a month now, and it has been a great experience so far. The lawn ,and trimmed trees and bushes look great all around the yard! The water drainage areas have been kept clean of leaves and wood debri. The edging in the front looks great as well. I was quoted a fair price for the bushes and trees being trimmed in the front and back yards. Chris has been a great communicater and follows through with his work!

Worst Service
Worst Service! Their service never shows up! Cancels last minute. They kept us waiting for service for 2 weeks after scheduling. All of a sudden, after 3 phone calls asking where the landscaper was, they were a NO Show! Their customer service can't help with anything. No repercussions, and we have an HOA so risk getting fined because of their negligence! Absolutely Horrible Service!

My experience with LawnStarter has been amazing. They communicate every step of the way and if there is an issue they let me know right away. They take their time with mowing and trimming the bushes and leave my yard looking simply amazing.

LawnStarter Mid West is unreliable and…
LawnStarter Mid West is unreliable and did not finish my job, I would NOT contract with them for lawn-care, here’s why: I requested my lawn be cut, edged and trimmed by LawnStarter Mid West. He came out as scheduled. However he never trimmed the bushes. I reached out and he said he would come back the following week, he didn’t. He said he had mechanical issues. LawnStarter requested to come first thing Monday morning, he didn’t. Monday morning his hedge trimmers would not work and he was having trouble finding another gas hedge trimmers. LawnStarter never did come, and just requested cancellation of the service.
Whether it be broken or unreliable equipment or quite frankly an unreliable contracting service, I would not recommend their service.
