If your a pro using this app I wouldn't even bother. I signed up for this app a few months ago and it's nothing but problems with unfounded complaints from customers, and they do nothing to help the pros. The payouts take weeks and are not even worth the work that you have to do. After the last complaint, I had photo evidence that the customer was lying, and they did nothing. They gave me my measly payout and then sent me a legal letter permanently suspending my account on the unfounded basis that I was soliciting there customers. I never solicited one single customer of there's. All communication was done through there app, and the customers never respond anyway. When I got on the phone with customer service to try and resolve this, as it had to be a mistake, they said they couldn't give me any information and I couldn't reinstate my account or appeal the suspension. The application, the service and the staff are not worth the time and effort in the slightest bit in my honest and professional opinion.

Excellent service

John always does a tremendous job on the lawn and he lets me know what is truly a weed and what is not. He is polite and I have told my neighbors who have also asked him to come and take care of their lawns. They too were very impressed with is work and his politeness. He takes our lawns seriously and for that I am very grateful.

Dwaylon and his crew took exceptional care of my pool while weeding, working in tandem, and doing a great job!!

Lawnstarter schedules my lawn care every 2 weeks. They have about a 3 day window in case it rains. Cole came to my aid when we were listing our home to be sold. We needed him out of sync with our normal schedule. He showed up on a Saturday and got it done quickly and efficiently. The added curb appeal did not hurt at all as we now have a contract on the home.

My service person has been timely and complete providing my lawn service. Will contact for service next summer too.

Great company I have yet came across,they offer all lawn services at a reasonable price they guy who came out and did my yard did an awesome job i will definitely keep my ongoing services going i will recommend this company to anyone

Their site was easy to navigate. I put in what was needed and several options came up. Chose one and am very satisfied. Hope the good service and communication continues. I used the LawnStarter in Lafayette, LA.
