Waiting 5 Full Months for My Order!

I ordered once from Layer 8 last spring with no problem. Liking the product, I ordered again on 10-14-25, and as of 1-29-26 (3.5 months), I have not received the order. Customer service has been good about responding to my frequent inquiries, but they continue to claim they are “moving their warehouse.” For THREE AND A HALF MONTHS?!?! I’ve moved across the country several times, and it never took 3.5 months. Buyer beware!!

UPDATE: It's been five months that I've been waiting. I kept getting told the "tracking number is on its way," then it never arrives. I just wrote for the 12th time to demand a tracking number OR a full refund. We'll see how that goes.

Terrible shipping and response time

The first time I ordered from the company things went well. This second time, I placed an order on August 7th. I had to email them about my order on the 19th for an update. I was told they allegedly posted on their site (who knows where) that they were moving their warehouse and orders would be delayed. They offered to cancel and refund, but I was willing to wait.

I was told they would let me know when the order shipped...but again I had to email them on September 23rd for an update. I then got another excuse about shipping and the warehouse move and that they'd let me know when they shipped.

Then on October 3rd I asked, again, about when my order would ship. They still haven't gotten back to me.

While I give them 2 starts because some of the shorts I've ordered from them have been functional and comfortable, their shipping and response is awful. Do not recommend.

Don't buy unless you're absolutely sure

Don't buy unless you're absolutely sure. To be completely honest, I love their products. However, I needed to make a simple return and it's been a couple months and I haven't received a single reply from their customer service. I have gotten a few generic replies of "We're looking for a solution" on Instagram, but that's it.
