Had to provide my number to sign up for pre-sale and within 2 hours of signing up, I had 4 SPAM callers. I don't ever have spam callers so I know it must have been from providing my number to this company. Don't make the same mistake I did!
They also want permission to control your Spotify and remove songs from playlists etc. No thanks!!
I've been using Laylo for six months and it's transformed how I connect with fans and monetize my releases. As an independent artist, I was juggling email, SMS, presaves, and merch sales across different platforms. Laylo replaced all of them in one place.
The one-click signup for drop pages converts way better than my old landing pages. The Instagram integration is a game-changer, and the analytics show me exactly which fans are buying and where my revenue comes from. I can schedule messages across SMS and email, which saves me hours.
The pricing is fair and the platform has paid for itself through increased merch sales. Customer support has been responsive too. For independent artists trying to build a direct audience and sell to fans, Laylo is absolutely worth it.
Forces you to give your phone number before you can buy tickets and now I'm spammed to death without the possibility to unsubscribe
terrible company and horrible customer service. Spent SO much money on the texting phone plan thing only for it to not work as intended and leaving out very important details. These details and add on charges need to be said in the BEGINING of purchasing the subscription, not later when you are advertising that the platform is for SMS notification but that means buying another add on and buying a completely new number. screw these guys seriously , we all hate them here in denver as many of us experienced the same thing. they are not here to help artists
Signed up for presale via Laylo. Did not receive my Laneway Festival presale code. Did not get presale tickets. What a useless website/app.
terrible! does not work at all with presale codes, this is tooo bad. understand many people have the same problem, for weeks.
Catastrophic experience, SMS codes repeatedly not sent. Massive, long-lasting erver problems, not fixed. Very (!) poor experience
messaging service for bands announcing merch drops or ticket presales etc.
It's terrible. It doesn't work at all outside the US.
