Been using LMH as a source of information & advice on holiday let management for many years. It understandably came off the boil during the covid years and the conversation is not as vibrant as it used to be. Perhaps as a result of the proliferation of other social media messaging systems. That said, owners still log in to search topics and update conversations. There is definitely a place for the LMH forum in our sector. Owners should support it. Would be good to read some updates from the people who run LMH too.

A first rate site and a boon for holiday home owners.

Used this site for many years. It is primarily a forum for owners of vacation rental properties. As an owner in Spain I have found it to be a fantastic source of information and enjoyed participating with help to other owners wherever I could.
It has fallen a bit out of use in the last couple of years which is a pity, since there are now so many new regulations that owners need to keep abreast of.
But it is still alive and has no paywalls or barriers. You need to register to ask or answer but it is free to access without registering as a member.
