Purchased a drill, thought it would be safer to get delivered at supermarket.
When notified that parcel was ready for collection it was not a drill but seeds.
Nobody taking responsibility for deception of stealing the drill and replacing order with seeds. No one helping us to find our delivery.
Delivery company not answering emails, seller states not his problem and Lazada online help go around in circles. According to everyone the drill has been delivered. Seems that swapping expensive products for seeds is a common occurrence, and no one cares enough to investigate thieves.
User's recommendation: Do not on line shop at this store for expensive items.
Once again total failure..... I ordered a mobile phone and received only a cheap case, I informed Lazada of this sellers tricks but they still allow him to use their platform to con other innocent buyers.
Believe it or not, same thing just happened again, Jan 16th with a different seller, get a grip Lazada start treating your customers with some respect

Totally scam, order canceled by the seller, and up to four months but still no refund even after providing all the required information.

I Order 4 Bedside Table in Lazada, Lis Shop. Order No.: 1114249337941265 and 1106230857841265. Color Dark, and Modell was clear in Picture. Delivery complete wrong Design, wrong Color. After delivery i direct complain to supplier. They suggest to inform Lazada Cusomer Service. I also did. But no answer from Lazada. I contacting Lazada everyday and also inform the supplier. Until today i got a reply. and they said after 3 Day´s Delivery already conform from buyer. What a bad thinks going on there? Never i will Order in Lazada again. And Lis Shop also dont want take responsibility. One star is already to much.
All too often lazada cannot deliver the goods advertised on their website. It is also a problem that payments are not automatically refunded to the customer's bank account if lazada cannot deliver the order.
Don't recommend to use Lazada, it's hells project with useless support team. I have provided all data that possible, all screen record video, even more, I told them how to solve the problem.
But you know what they do? They answer stupid replies to my email (stupid because that don't even take a look at all information I sent). They they 2 times they told via email that the case is closed. I was shocked, talked to support again, they told it was mistake because case is still in process, in few days - the same unbelievable thing comes again and they email the case is closed.
It's like a hell with this platform. I will not recommend anyone to use it.
Better to use Tokopedia, they do not have issues with payments at lease.
I made a purchase with a seller and after paying via Lazada wallet the seller responded with sorry item out of stock and to please cancel my order. I cancelled and waited for the process of refund. Refund should have been made in 24 hours if using Lazada wallet. I chatted with customer service and was assured it will be refunded in 3-5 days.
On 17/7/22 I checked the progress in my account and it says the case has been resolved but no refund was made. Chatted again with customer service and same answer was given. On the 19/7/22 the progress says case has been resolved again.
On 22/7/22 I called help center Lazada at 603-27286600 and reported the issue again and was promised by agent Izdihar that he will urgently process my cancellation and refund and apologised profusely for their delay. He proceeded with sending email confirmation and stating that the money is with the seller and had to wait for seller to refund to Lazada before he can refund me. That is of course not true as the money should not have been paid to seller if cancellation was done and item wasn’t mailed. I chatted with seller and he portrayed himself as helpful and tried enquiring Lazada from his end. He told me that Lazada requested I do the cancellation and refund process. All that I went thru was explained to him and he can only sympathize.
After 5 days no refund came still and I called help center again on 27/7/22 and was informed by the agent Firdaus that the cancellation wasn’t done yet in the system and he apologized for previous agent Izdihar’s mistake and he will process it for me immediately. I received email confirmation and it will take another 3-5 days for approval of cancellation and after that the 24 hours refund of Lazada wallet will take place.
It’s now been 5 days 1/8/22, and no refund has been made yet.
It’s only around RM42 but the principle of business is what is disappointing and unethical of Lazada. Shocking and a bitter lesson for me to realize this after many years being a customer of Lazada with issues that are usually resolved quickly.
This refund has taken more than 2 weeks and I don’t see what else can be done except to viral this the best possible way I know (hopefully 🙏🏻) and do enough damage for Lazada to just close down. I will definitely not have any confidence shopping with them from now on for fear that they will simply rob me of my money in Lazada wallet which is supposed to be a safe means of transaction.
Lazada is basically now just a fraudulent website. It is filled with fraudulent sellers, and is easily able to be hacked. It would be a minor miracle if you manage to get the goods you order and not lose all your money. Avoid at all costs.
Got scammed from seller “customer service” was useless.
Used the app for some time. Had no problem with sellers until I bumped in to a scammer that instead of sending me the idem I ordered send me what looked like a returned item from another customer. I confirmed the seller multiple times, he ignored my messages and my request to return or refund.
Customer service was very bad too. Even though I provided them with all the evidence they requested. They were no able to reimburse me completely, they offer me a voucher for part of the money. End of the story , me “paying customer”lose money, scammer seller probably out there scamming more people and customers service inadequate in dealing with the issue. They lost my trust, i wont use or recommend them. Be aware!
Someone in Philippines is using MY email for their account. I reported it MULTIPLE TIMES to the company and they have done nothing to resolve this. I'm tired if getting confirmation emails for orders I didn't make and having to deal with the ridiculous spam. Terrible company!
I am planning to open a seller account in Lazada ID yet they rejected all of my bank documents verification even a bank letter made by BCA was not accepted. I have no idea what else they want and it is ridiculous because bank letter is so powerful and it is so hard to issue such letter yet they rejected it. My first account was rejected and blocked by Lazada with no clear reason and asked me to create a new one. Now I open the second one, the same issues is ongoing.
Stupid customer service that have no idea how to verify documents! they allowed fake seller to sell in their website yet the Genuine seller like me that have bank letter was rejected. so Bizarre!
Stole my money. Customer care are robots with no sympathy or care. Will file a dispute to get my money back. Use ANY other site. You will lose or have money STOLEN when trying to use Lazada!
I personally don't like this Lazada. So much commercial and have lot of issue on the shipping and specially refund. I don't recommend it till they fixed their system.
I have booked clothes from lazada.co.id, after more than one month of the delivery time they informed me that the items has been returned to the origin country.
So i contacted the custumer service to know if i will be refund or at least if i will receive the items later or at least receive the money back to ma lazada account and.... NOTHING AT ALL now it's more than 5months that i purchased thoses items from lazada and UNTIL NOW they still not refund me anything when i contact the custumer service they say that they will cancel the order and once the status of my order will changed from "on progress" to "cancelled" they will pay me back.
Why it's take them more than few months to cancel an order???!!!
I have sent them many mails bit they just reply with an automatic message as following:

I started getting emails from Lazada because someone was using my email to open accounts all over Indonesia. Unbelievable that as an e-shop, these guys don't have an email verification step on account opening! No easy way to delete the account, and they keep asking for proof when you try to deactivate the account.
Lazada is one of many online amazon wannabes in Indonesia, but for my money it is easily the best. I say this not only because its vendors always deliver the desired product efficiently and safely, but especially because its customer service is just as efficient and friendly whether one speaks Indonesian or English. Unlike Tokopedia, one of its main competitors, it is extraordinarily easy to return a damaged product for a quick refund. I have had to return a microwave oven that had been dented in transit. It was a snap.
