Washing machine part which was desperately needed was bought from them via ebay. An envelope arrived super quick, with no part in, but just a delivery note. 3-4 messages later finally got a reply from them and they could not have been less helpful. Ebay/Paypal refunded my money but time wasted and hassle for £6 absolutely ridiculous. Looking at their feedback, this isnt the first time this empty envelope malarky has been pulled.

DO NOT buy anything from them.
I bought a box of strike anywhere matches in a traditional wipe clean box. The matches turned up in the bottom half of a match box in a zip bag.
The traditional wipe clean (top)half of the box was missing!
Was it false advertising,fraud or employee theft?
Threats of reporting me to amazon were made!
They politely called me a liar (or was I mistaken as they said).
No photographic evidence was supplied.
As many will realise this is an old trick, LIE then BULLY .
They then threatened with me with reports to amazon!
Amazon immediately gave me a full refund and told me to keep what ever matches there were.
This company not only false advertise and politely bully they are foolish
Loosing £9 instead of folding the top of the wipe clean box into an envelope and spending 80p on a stamp.
Fraud theft or lies YOU DECIDE

Bought an item they sold on ebay. It was faulty and I simply asked them to replace it urgently. I was then sent through a series of hurdles and hoops being 'told' to take numerous photos of this and that, at various angles. It just went on and on.

When I pointed out that there was no legal requirement for me to do that and that I needed the part replaced urgently, their answer was - send it back then and we'll check it for any faults.

No assistance was offered to supply a replacement and I was just rudely brushed off and told not to contact them again.

Thankfully, my card provider has refunded me and I've managed to order another part from a reputable supplier.

Please take my advice and steer well clear from this uprofessional and arrogant supplier that offers ZERO customer care or support.

This company should come with a WARNING!!!

My recent purchase from this company has been extremely unpleasant to say the least...

There products are cheap, nasty and of poor quality! And when I tried to resolve my issue, all I received was negative, condescending, threatening and aggressive responses.

PLEASE, PLEASE do not WASTE your time or money on this joke of a company!!! 😡😡

I am shocked, I bought from this company on amazon and got the wrong product , no reply on their phone and messages left , asked for return nothing again , so I left bad review and they just said “ 3th party seller” which is a lie and it’s disgusting , this company is a bully!

use less company did not send had to report to amazon would not refund had to get amazon to refund they also trade under mersey spares the seem also related to allhomespares.co.uk also another false company =we seem to have discovered as mthe prat we ordered still not ocme but allhome spares sent an ivoice with Mersey elctroinicss and not the part
