Is impossibile have a support for open a return and refund procedure.
I have contact the italian and spanish number during the opening hours listed on the website, no one ever responded to my emails. What a shame and how sad.

I'm very disappointed with Laziostore. Two orders were simply canceled, and the money was only refunded over a month later after repeated inquiries. My current complaint (production defect) was simply dismissed on the grounds that the shorts had already been worn. I'll never shop here again!

Ordered my jersey on Tuesday at 5.30pm and received the jersey Thursday morning. Absolutely amazing how quick they are with delivery. Also had printing on the jersey which usually takes it longer but it was delivered in an instant. Very good quality also. Great place to purchase from and good customer service, very satisfied

Ordered a shirt on the 11/9/23 and received item on the 13/9/23. I live in ireland and I got the item faster than stuff I ordered from the UK. Will definitely buy stuff from lazio store online again.👍

I purchased a wreath from them on January 15th. Today is March 8th and they do not respond to any of my emails. I have contacted the company that they work with and had to have them involved. An automatic replay gets replied back to me and I have also left a message. Horrible company to work with. Please do not waste your money here.

I am very disappointed that the minimum sum of order has been increasing for last several times from 50 to 80 to 100 and last time 120 euro on free world wide delivery.I am also disappointed with the rarely met moment where the more you buy the more you pay for delivery instead of getting any discount.I mean every item you add increases the delivery fee...ridiculous.

I made a mistake with my order, lazio store helped me fix my problem without any extra charges, even though the problem was with me. Very good service and fast email replys. Keep up the good work!

Just confused on your sizing chart. I ordered a size XL american(2XL Europe) but received the XL Europe size. Not to pay for return shipping I kept the shirt.

Carrier (UPS) price to Indonesia is too expensive, and always cost me additional custom tax. This is different if I buy online with DHL.

Nice store for lazio fans. Only one thing for Macron producer. Sizes are a little small than normal. Strongly recommend to future customer to choose one size bigger.
