I have rented my condo twice via Lazudi in Pattaya, and each time has been an excellent experience.
Good advice and a great tenant found each time, thankyou to the team there.
Lazudi canceled agreed and pre-paid rental contract that has NO option for termination. Lazudi cancelled only some weeks before rental starts due to "renovation"! What?? Lazudi offered another property that was less than half the size and not comparable at all.
Very unprofessional. Do NOT deal with them. They breach contracts!
