I live in Canada. It would be nice if this was taking into consideration. My package arrived all ripped. The products are amazing but I was really worried.

Also the carabiner from my dress broke while I was trying it on :(((

I had high hopes for this brand, especially since it’s not easy to find vegan-friendly trainers, and I initially liked their emphasis on showcasing vegan products. Sadly the quality of the trainers I received was extremely disappointing—poor stitching and overall craftsmanship that reminded me of fast fashion brands like Boohoo. You can make great vegan products, it’s clear with high end products and vegan friendly designers it is possible. So that’s no excuse.

The overall brand experience felt equally low-end. The “out drinking” sticker included in the box and the tone of the returns policy came across as tacky and unprofessional, reflecting a lifestyle I don’t connect with. Charging £5 for a return on a product with clear quality issues, like poor stitching, is unacceptable. High-end stores I have ordered from (several) don’t operate this way, and it feels like this brand is cutting corners or trying to squeeze money from customers wherever possible.

I did appreciate the vegan-friendly focus and the design of the trainers, I just cannot wear something that looks and feels so cheap. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a better-quality vegan option. This experience has left me unimpressed, and I doubt I’ll be supporting this brand again.

I know the brand will possibly reply to this. There’s no excuse. Best to just accept and move on. Poor quality product, end of.

The products are fun and not bad quality. However, the price is a bit high, and the international shipping cost is also expensive. Therefore, I feel hesitant to purchase my favorite items. The packaging is sustainable but not very secure, especially for international shipping, as my parcels often arrive with significant damage due to transit : (

Quality and construction of the garments are unreal! Living in Australia it’s quite expensive to buy Lazy oaf, but after receiving its 100000% worth it, the garments are gorgeous and so well made!

Lazy Oaf is the best London based clothing brand!
All their designs are unique and fun, and everything is super good quality and comfy.
The only negative comment is that they're making me spend all my money on them because I like everything they make, plus my coworkers are always complimenting my Lazy Oaf pieces and I’ve become addicted to the compliments.

Received a bag of quite an awful quality: the long faux fur just sheds off by huge lumps with the slightest touch, so I can't really wear it, plus the decorative element is broken. The worst part is, can't make a return, cause huge taxes (I've paid HALF the price in taxes) are unrefundable for the EU residents.

Amazing quality

I purchased two items that cost me around 100€ and when the order arrived in Spain the person delivering the order informed me I had to pay 39€ to receive it. I ended up paying the taxes, as returning the order would have meant losing money without anything in return. I’d like to share that I felt there was a lack of transparency in the purchase process. It’s unfair that clients are not clearly informed that Lazy Oaf does not cover taxes before they purchase on their websites.

lovely clothes but dont order if you need them in a rush, I placed an order with them over a week ago , paid express and it still hasnt even shipped. they told me something was out of stock despite it being available online to buy. The customer service people are really helpful but it seems like the logistics and shipping are a bit of a mess ( friends have also had similar experiences) and its been a bit of a hassle which puts me off ordering in future. Only writing this message so hopefully its flagged to someone as I love their brand and it would be such a shame if this affected their business in the future!

Love the products but, as others have raised, the lack of transparency throughout journey to checkout for international shipping/associated customs charges that they pass onto customers is really poor. I regularly purchase stuff from other UK-based retailers who handle customs charges for you. It’s not acceptable to just shrug “grr, Brexit” and direct people to opaque FAQs about customs charges after the fact.

Firstly, I paid for express shipping only for it to be delayed and not delivered express. I am giving one extra star as I did receive a refund on the shipping. Unfortunately, the dress I ordered does not fit despite using the website's "fit guide". I was advised to purchase a size M as a 12-14 wanting a lose fit. The dress is literally skin tight and all other sizes are sold out so now I have to return it and pay for shipping. I should also mention the packaging was terrible and the dress was sent in a thin paper envelope that arrived ripped and torn. Extremely disappointed.

I love the company and the clothes 🙂 very well done, but I would have loved a disclaimer about taxes since the brexit 😓

Loved the trousers, they’re so beautiful and everything about them (fabric/print/details) is so qualitative 🎀 I’m really happy with the delivery as well, with my package arriving within 3 days 🌸 overall great shopping experience !
