Really bad service

Really bad service. Our order had all possible problems. At first, only part of the products arrived (3 items) and one of them wrong. Of course, we had to complain and they sent the other part of the order but again it was a mess. We sent 2 emails complaining about it and they didn't reply at all. So we had to look for the parcels ourselves complaining in SEUR. Finally we managed to find the items one month later and no news from Lazy Susan so far.
