The exchange is getting people to sign up with fake promotions. The site attracts users by running fraudulent ads. When they fail to give the promised new-user bonus, they make excuses about “outside-country events.” They didn’t even include that condition in the promotion rules. In my opinion, this is a fake exchange.

Most horrible exchange I have dealt with
The most horrible exchange I have dealt with in 10 years in crypto. For months I am trying to withdraw coins and the support is just absolutely horrific. Always new excuses (such as citing chain congestion, while there is absolutely zero indication of actual chain congestion - verified by myself, others, the chain's technical team etc.), highly incompetent support staff, no active follow-up on long-standing complaints. They are charging way too much coins for the "service" they actually provide. This organization should be handled and put out of business. Do yourself a favour and stay far far away from this cesspool of incompetence. This organization is a disgrace.

Too Many Coins, But Liquidity is Lacking
Having lots of coins is great, but some newly listed ones have zero depth. You get stuck after buying, can’t sell easily. It would help a lot if LBank showed which tokens have good liquidity or marked high-volume coins. This can save people from bad surprises.

Long period to release funds
LBank has restricted my account for months without any apparent reason and requested the return of the profits I had made. I accepted the return in order to withdraw the funds I deposited, but they still haven’t released it. They asked me to wait until November, even though I have already returned what they requested. Good app overall but the push notifications need work
Been using LBank for a bit now, and honestly, it’s a solid platform – clean UI, has most of the features you'd expect. But the push notifications are a bit much. I think they could really improve it by letting us choose which type of alerts we want. It’s not a huge issue, just something that could make the experience smoother. Overall, still worth using though.

I strongly advise against using LBank. My experience has been extremely negative. They froze my account without any valid explanation, even while I had open positions, resulting in a complete loss of my funds. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like theft.
Their lack of transparency and arbitrary actions make this platform highly unsafe. Think twice before trusting them with your assets.

Thieves are what they are. they stole $2368 from me. their excuse was that i changed my password too many times. i had to change it because they would not let me into my account. they kept making me change it so they could use that as the lame excuse to steal my funds. They then wanted me to deposit $2000 more. Not going to happen in my lifetime.

If I could give zero stars, I would – worst experience in 16 years of crypto
I’ve been in crypto for nearly 16 years, actively collecting and trading since day one. I’ve never left a negative review for any exchange – until now.
I joined LBank solely to access rare trading pairs not available elsewhere. Less than three days after depositing, the platform was hacked and my funds were gone.
What hurts most: part of my deposit was in DMD (Diamond) – a token I had held for over 10 years. It’s not about the amount. It’s about how this situation was handled. And LBank failed on every level: no transparency, no accountability, no resolution – even after six months.
I've read dozens of reviews – the pattern is obvious. Maybe 1 in 10 is positive. The rest reflect exactly what I experienced. And those 3-, 4-, or 5-star ratings? Most likely fake or paid – they mean nothing to me anymore.
Spare me the scripted replies. I don’t want to hear anything from LBank.
I’ve lost all confidence that they care or will ever make this right.
They deserve 1 out of 10 – and that’s generous. Avoid at all costs.

Account Got Flagged, But Support Fixed It Fast
My account was suddenly restricted due to a risk control issue — no clue why. I panicked a bit thinking I’d lost access permanently. Thankfully, I contacted support and they got back to me quickly. After confirming a few things, my account was fully restored. The support team was responsive and helpful throughout. Minus two star because getting flagged out of nowhere was stressful, but overall the service was efficient and reassuring.

Trading Events Are Fun, But Can Get Competitive
LBank always has some kind of trading carnival or invite promo going on. Just last week I joined one where traders could share 10K USDT and also invite friends for another 5K. Love how active their campaign calendar is — keeps things exciting. That said, some of these trading comps get super competitive, so unless you're a big trader, it might be hard to rank. But they usually throw in smaller random prizes or bonuses too, which helps balance them out. Overall, it's fun to take part, even if you're just trading casually. I just wish they gave more chances to small players. Still a solid effort from the team though — I’ll keep an eye on what comes next.
