Ordered on 8th May, still not arrived after 2 failed delivery dates. (9th & 12th June)
Hopefully will arrive on the 16th June

The main reason for my low rating is their very poor communication. When they took my order they gave no indication there would be a delay in delivery, even though they knew there would be because they were moving warehouse. The order was placed on the 15th May, but was not delivered till the 11th June. Used the chat line and got a response twice then stopped. I emailed and got a response from a Katie Bishop about 4 times saying they would get back to me later in the day but never did. Just to have been updated would have made the whole process so much better.

We complained about 2 windows that came damaged and we sent proof. Although it was over 48 hours when the claim was reported, it was within 5 days of receiving the damaged windows. The company has decided not to replace it. We are within our consumer statutory rights and shall be taking this forward.

I purchased the 'Premium' Decking Boards. The pricing was very competitive, and the quality is excellent. They were very easy to cut using a hand saw, which enabled more accuracy and control than a power saw. The boards were supplied lovely and straight, flat, and the t-piece fixings to secure the boards ensured very fast laying, especially when compared to previously working with oak decking boards, which required a special tool to straighten the timber warps, and drilling and countersinking the timber. Thoroughly recommend LB and their composite boards.

Took a month to deliver as they were changing factory locations but this wasn’t communicated or relayed to me. I had to call them twice 4 weeks later.
The canopy aluminium frame is very good quality and came very well wrapped. It’s a good system.
The Perspex panels are very poorly cut though with no real thought for the end user. Rough edges on panels cut from larger pieces that were almost impossible to slide into the roof beam grooves even with suggested fairy liquid. Lots of swearing !!!!!! One panel had the original edge from a larger piece and it was easy to push in. Suggest they make good edges. Also they only supplied one pack of screws / bolts where two were needed. Had to wait another couple of days. Screws are of very poor quality and are too soft for tapping aluminium.

Ordered a loft ladder from this company and unfortunately it turned up damaged, I sent an email with pictures on the evening and by 9am in the morning I’d received a reply and it was sorted out immediately, the following day a new one was delivered and the damaged one picked up, the customer service is 1st class, this is definitely a company you can buy from with 100% confidence, thank you for the great service and a great product for a good price
