Wild Bank Primary School have been using LB Telecom for over 10 years and, during this time, they have always provided us with a consistently outstanding service. The support they provide, especially given the nature of our business, is efficient and prompt and the team always go the extra mile. We have recently upgraded our telephone system and Lawrence found a solution for us that was tailored to our needs and was hugely cost effective. The installation process, led by Mitch, was simple and unintrusive and training was given on the system on set up. The whole team are exceedingly knowledgeable and always strive to give excellent service. Recently I had a problem with the reception on my mobile. I was getting a message that was stopping calls in and out. I managed to get a message to Lawrence at LB and he responded without delay. Getting one of his employees to get in touch with me and within a short time. He had my phone working again. Thank you for the prompt response.

Exceptional service from the very start…
Exceptional service from the very start of moving my telecoms and internet services to LB Telecom, from my first conversation with the Managing Director Lawrence he made me feel at ease and stress free by liaising with my old provider on number porting and retrieving information which I didn’t understand. The installation process by Mitch and his engineering team were to a very high standard and we had very little down time. As a company. I can’t thank the LB Telecom Team enough for there service.

We had an issue with the porting of a…
We had an issue with the porting of a customers number and we required their SIM number to push the transfer along. Shane was incredibly helpful and understanding and contacted the customer to ask them for their SIM number in order to push the transfer along and get the customer up and running ASAP.
We couldn't have done it without Shane's help!
