I ordered some vintage picture frames. They arrived after a short time, very securely packed. And they look so much better in reality than in the images.
The seller is responsible and responsive. They deal with problems by direct contact

Ordered an item as a birthday gift, clearly said free shipping in couple days. Then recieved email saying extra $25usd needed to ship because of covid, when I refused they said the manager will cover half the cost (In what world would a legitimate company do that). Asked to cancel, but apparently the item is already in the post office (Remember they said that there are shipping delays). They then asked for 10% extra fees to cancel my order, then proceeded to spam emails to get me to accept their "offer".

The glasses are absolutely junk they have 3 lenses that you click and change and DO NOT WORK

I have ordered an article and they answered me that it was not available so they proposed something similar, I have accepted but this product results delivered but not to me, since I have never received it and nobody answer to me anymore

i bought 4 acupressure pens, 1 for myself and 3 to give as presents to my family. We use the pen every evening while watching our favourite programmes. We are all very happy with the results and recommend it to all our friends.

I ordered a product (valuer $23) beginning August that a received 1 month later. The product was not the same as I ordered. I therefore wrote to the company the very same day I received the product to advise them that I wish to return the product and get reimbursed. They responded that they had to wait to talk to the supplier. After I sent many follow up emails (2-3 weeks later), they finally asked me to send back the product to the supplier in China... Post Canada advised me that this will cost more than $30. I do not recommend anyone to order at this company. Very bad service and stuck with a product that does not fit.

Dont buy from these people! There is no customer service, they take you're money and run. Also items they sell are half their price on Amazon. Rip off company selling tat

The product, (video doorbell), was slow in arriving but I can accept that. What I cannot accept is that they refuse to refund a faulty product. Despite 6 weeks and 29 emails, including two video's clearly show the problem, they continue to stall. Avoid.

Meanwhile, this company, selling useless, misrepresented crud on which they refuse to accept returns according to basic consumer protections still has hundreds of obviously, CLEARLY fake reviews posted here.

A child with a potato could tell you every five star review here has come from a review farm. The only genuine reviews are buried months away, from customers who describe their actual experiences.

This was flagged to Trustpilot several times, with no result. How many customers have wasted their money while this "advanced technology" can spot the blatantly obvious?

We really like our garden seat. It's reversible, so it's a kneeler or a seat to sit on. It's really made well and is sturdy. The accessory tool holders are so helpful too! Yes, I'd easily recommended this to others!

I bought a laptop bag online via this shop and when after days the delivery comes in.. it turns out to be a bag which is totally different to what I paid and totally a different brand! I will definitely not recommend this site.. as for one reason, it’s expensive too compared to other sites.. so, please please don’t buy from this people.. and it’s very poor customer service..
