It took four weeks for my product to get to me the day I opened it is the day I contacted them and asked them for the information to ship it back I never received anything until January 2. When I order the product it told me it was a 100% guarantee your money back it also says you have 30 days from the day you receive the product to return it. Now they’re trying to tell me they sent me an email With the information to return it. And they are saying that it’s been seven days since I receive my product so I cannot get my money back. So it went from 30 days moneyback to seven days. I spent $69 on a piece of junk. I would not recommend this company to anybody

I ordered 3 things, 2 cats and 1 shark. I was very disappointed in the cats. They were cute, but they rather looked like they were cut cut out of a piece of material, sewing up and stuffed. Not enough to make them worth the price. It would have been helpful to put in safety eyes like they put in the shark. I will do another review on the shark which will receive 5 stars.

Fraud or Incompetence?
On or around November 11, 2021 I attempted to purchase an oximeter from this online store. When I tried to pay with a credit card, their website said it could not process this card and I should try another. Foolishly I tried another credit card and the same message came up. I discovered the next day they had charged both cards, and failed to send me notification of purchase with an order number, thus making it impossible for me to follow up on the purchase. Needless to say, after one month I have not received the item purchased nor any refund of my double payment nor any indication regarding my order. I leave the obvious conclusion to anyone who may read this review.

Recieved my cochroach catcher so i decided to try it out what to my surprise over night i caught two of the many i have in my house i really didnt believe it would work but it does whoever thought up this gadget knew what they were doing and thank you for let life changing products for the kind help

This is a nice small knife! it's exactly what I was looking for in a small knife. The knife and handle both are very attractive. Love it!

The clothing is a size too small for me. I'm experimenting with different sizes. It's not a problem for me because I've applied for it. The quality of the cloth is poor, but the print is excellent. The shipping was quite quick.

I ordered a product that gives you wifi in remote places where there is no service. I was so excited with their promotions and ads that I quickly took my credit card out. I ordered on the twenty second of May this year, hoping to receive the delivery fast. I waited several weeks with nothing coming. After about three weeks of waiting, I called a phone number associated with them and their recording stipulated that you could not call them for action until after thirty five days. I had to travel to a rural area where I was compelled to use my hot spot.I complained to them through email several times and they told me their report showed that the product was safely delivered on the fifteenth of June. They even told me to go and ask my neighbours to see if any of them took it. When I asked them to present the photographs of the delivery, they did not respond. They also told me that there was a flood problem with the suppliers which slowed down their investigation. They further told me to go and find out from the post office. I let them know that the onus should not be on me to do that, bearing in mind I was not the sender with the pieces of information with which the product was dispatched. Also, after I tried to access their website through the English version, there was nothing there to trace. Presently, I do not have the product and I have lost my money to them. I know they seem to be enjoying good testimonials from many people but I will not hesitate to say that I am not one them. I need my money back since they are unwilling to hold their delivery personnel responsible for the supposedly delivered product. I am unwilling to keep quiet until there is a resolution to the matter. They have given me a sour experience in their business transaction.
