Excellent Value Service
Prompt responses, competent advice and solid attention to detail. I successfully completed an eviction in Stockton CA with LDA PRO. Every step was well explained while forward looking expectations were reasonably predicted. The process took about 4 months, so it was important to have solid communication all the way through. The remote service worked equally well and cost was as reasonable as can be expected. I plan to keep using LDA PROs should the need arise.

Angela got my tenants out!!!
I contacted Angela on 9/21/22 and started the eviction process with the 3 day notice. By 11/16/22 my tenant was out!!! It would have been sooner but the Writ of possession took longer due to the Sheriff department not working as fast as Angela. I highly recommend Angela from LDA if you have a tenant that needs to be evicted. She was very easy to communicate with, via email.
