LDC Hardscape and Design recently…
LDC Hardscape and Design recently completed a fairly large project at our house. They replaced our existing patio with a much larger version that included a seating wall, columns around the pillars of our existing pergola and stone steps. They extended our flower beds in the back with edge stone that matched the border on our patio. The installed a drainage system and a pop up drain at the edge of our property. LDC also put a flagstone overlay on our front stoop and installed a flagstone walkway from the stoop to the driveway
We met Brian at a trade show and we're immediately impressed with his knowledge and design ideas. After getting quotes from LDC and 3 other companies we decided to move ahead with LDC for our project. LDC was the only company that presented a comprehensive design plan that addressed all of our requirements. Our plan was a little complicated because it involved working around our existing pergola and also the 25 year old wysteria that was planted next to one of the pillars. We also had to work around 2 gates, a drain pipe and window well. During the design process we relied on Brian's expertise as we worked though the design several times until we ultimately found one that met our requirements.
Once construction began we worked with Mike. He did a pre walkthrough with us. We did have to make a few small adjustments and we agreed upon the changes. Interaction with the crew and Mike was minimal for the most part because everything went smoothly. Mike was responsive to any questions we did have and worked with us.
We are very satisfied with the final product and relieved the process went as smoothly as one can hope for.
