Tom from LDN Security just did our annual security system service for the second time and as before he was on time, helpful, polite, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. He helped get my security app updated and working on my phone too and quickly resolved software issues. Great service from Tom.

Tom was very helpful, new his stuff and made sure everything was working as it should be before leaving and even double checking with me to make sure I understood

I’ve just changed my broadband provider and this caused a fault on my alarm system. Tom very quickly and efficiently led me through the process and soon had my system back on line! Excellent service, as always, from LDN!

Although the engineer was running late, he kept me informed of his eta. He was polite and courteous and when I needed guidance on using an App he explained clearly and with great patience.

Daniel and his team have been extremely helpful. They went out of their way to achieve our Client’s requirements in one of our projects at Knightsbridge.
