I had a very positive experience with LDP Group when purchasing my first investment property in Munich.

As an expat, I particularly appreciated being able to navigate the entire process in English. Abdo and the team were knowledgeable, responsive and always happy to answer my many questions.

The financing wasn’t entirely straightforward, especially when banking requirements changed along the way, but LDP’s relationships with several banks helped us find a solution.

The renovation was completed on schedule and matched the original renderings. I received regular progress updates and photos, and even a minor issue discovered during the handover was resolved the very next day.

What impressed me most, however, was the support after the purchase. When an unexpected problem arose with the first tenant, Abdo personally stepped in and coordinated with the property management team, even though it was no longer directly his responsibility. The issue was resolved, and the apartment is now fully rented.

I bought a property through LDP and Nick who managed the overall search and purchase process in 2025. Nick handled it professionally and with strong attention to detail. Although the initial developer that LDP partnered with delayed renovations, I am giving Nick and his team 5 stars for quick respone time and taking timely corrective measures. Today a year later, Nick has not dissapeared after sales and remains available to support post sales which is highly appreciated and recommended.

Nick did a fantastic job in helping me do my first investment in a 3 room apartment in Munich. I think I received great advises, about locations and rentability, then he contacted the bank and secured a loan with the interest that we agreed on, it was 100% financed. He also helped with all the translations during the purchase (I am a foreigner and my German language skills are limited). So I totally recommend LDP Group.
