I ordered a tin.plus the artwork.
I ordered a tin and sent you the details I wanted printed,this could not be achieved as I was incapable of forwarding the artwork in the format you requested.I was then offered the return of the cost of printing the artwork,I explained that without the artwork the tin was of no useI suggested a full refund,cost of the tin and the artwork.At the time of writing I have had no reply to me correspondence.
Therefore I have no alternative to put this claim with PayPal.

I had no idea when it was arriving only…
I had no idea when it was arriving only that it had been dispatched, and there were no instructions as to the assembly of the boxes, as simple as it may be, that would have been helpful, the ribbons were sandwiched between boxes and unfortunately have kinks I can't flatten. The product is beautiful, I liked it which is why I ordered it, but delivery aspects could improve. :)
